I have been experiencing occasional hot flashes and inability to fall back asleep so I thought I would give this a try. I can't say I've noticed any decrease in the amount of hot flashes. I was excited that it claims to support healthy weight management with plant based ingredients, no drugs or estrogen included.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't very optimistic to try the daily Pre-Menopause Support capsules, because I have not found a good supplement that actually assisted with hot flashes and night sweats, but surprisingly this was super effective! I am 30 days in on the capsules and have noticed far less episodes, in the middle of the night, which is HUGE! I used to wake up 4-5 times per night and I have had several nights where I woke up only once and a few nights where I slept through the night. I am anxious to see the results after 60 days, but as of now, I am very pleasantly surprised, with the results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this product. I didn't notice it helped me sleep any better though. It did seem to keep my hot flashes at night to a minimum though. I am pre menopausal and not fully into menopause but i recently started getting hot flashes during the night. This seems to help. I would like to continue using it longer to see if it helps with sleeping.
