I like that it contains black cohosh because I truly believe that this ingredient has really helped with the number of hot flashes and those awful night sweats. While using the product they were significantly reduced. I did notice a change in my weight, a few pounds, but definitely a difference. The capsules are easy to swallow and I think this is a great product for menopausal women.

After I took this supplement, I still feel those symptoms and I read the directions, it said for best results, daily use for a minimum of 60 days is important. So, I guess I need another 30 days supply.

I am pre menopausal and not fully into menopause but i recently started getting hot flashes during the night. This seems to help. I would like to continue using it longer to see if it helps with sleeping.

After taking this everyday, I have not feel anything different. Still having hot flashes, night sweats. I'm not sure how long to be able to notice but every person is different. So, maybe it takes a while before I can feel the effectiveness of this product.

I really like the fact that this is a pre-menopause product, because I have not seen anything available for pre-menopause before. I have seen products for those already in menopause, but never for PRE menopause! I like how this company thinks of all women and the different stages they may be in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was OK, but...I was not a fan that the product contains gelatin (make a vegan version), secondly, not a fan that the soy was not organic. There are too many contradictory pieces of "science" out there about soy. Make it organic, so that at least if people choose to consume it, it's of the highest quality. What is actually in the "natural" vanilla powder that is listed on the ingredients? I think you have good ideas for good products, but how about making them the highest quality for women who already have enough changes going on in their lives.
