One bottle is good for a month. I was taking it after I did a course of antibiotics and AZO dual protection helps restore the ph balance. Definitely recommend.

They come in an easy to open bottle. They are to be taken once daily. I like that there is a full month's worth and I only need to take one per day. I like that AZO makes supplements that are specifically designed for urinary and vaginal health.
