I love that it has both prebiotics and probiotics, and it is both meant to support urinary and vaginal health. I feel dually protected in multiple ways. There is no bad taste or aftertaste, and I found the capsule easy to swallow. I haven't had any bad reactions. I have no reason not to like this product. I'd recommend it. I wish it had more probiotics, although 5 million isn't bad. Not sure if it's helping & feel you need 3 months to really know. Will have to wait for it to be available at retailers near me to buy more.

I just recently started taking a product so I haven't seen any tangible results as of yet, but I do like the fact that the pills are small and go down relatively easy. Also you only need to take one a day and it does not have to be taken with food, which is a great convenience for me. #ad

Its small capsule shape makes it easy to swallow and go down no matter what I take it with and there's no aftertaste thankfully. In the last two weeks that I've been taking it,I haven't noticed any symptoms of a UTI, which being a type 2 diabetic is fantastic. I plan on continuing to take these for a long time to come. My stomach seems to also agree with the probiotic too.
