[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a cat rescuer, I frequently have scratches and small bites. I tried this product on one scratch with a minor infection and one new scratch. It caused minor discomfort on the infected wound, but cleared up the infection well. The neosporin with lidocaine brought a dull ache to the sore, but no such issues with the fresh scratch. The ache has not been my experience with other neosporin products, and I typically use their version with pain relief.
