This Player really does play Backup'd DL Disk as Advertised, as where None of the Rest I have tried will. No Hick-ups, plays right through end to end, as where Most other DVD Players Hang up Mid-way and/or just Stops Playing.! I only wish they incorporated a Live LED Front Panel Indicator, I like to know where I'm at watching a Movie.! None of the Rest of the DVD Players I seen that Walmart has to Offer Advertises playing the DL Disk in the Description, However this one Does.! It would also be nice if they would Write out on the Boxes of DVD Players, what Disk they will actually Play, None of them do..!

This piece of junk does not work. When I put in a disk it is stuck on loading and never finishes. Then, if I try to eject the disk it never does unless I unplug it and hold down the eject button. Don't bother with this thing just buy streaming services like Netflix or anything other than this, because they don't break. Not sure why I was so excited to get this.

Bought this to go with a new 32" Vizio LED TV (which is also great) for a bedroom and it's easy to set-up using a HDMI cable, easy to use and is very compact. It delivers a very good picture and sound is good too. If you're looking for an inexpensive DVD player this would be a good choice. Highly recommend.

After using this product for one week I can rate as 5 star. Delivery was fast. Compact size of player is a plus. Easy to install, easy to operate. Picture quality is good. Wish the power on light was bigger and more pronounced. Purchased second unit for other room.

The Sony DVP-SR510H HDMI DVD Player was not functioning properly. The unit itself did not respond to all of the remote functions and did not respond to the buttons on the unit itself. This seemed to be so dramatic a series of malfunctions that it seemed very atypical for the Sony brand. I am hoping to return it for a credit; I do not know how to proceed.

i love that they have the Combo DVD/CD Sony disc player. Biggest piece of advice is also buy a very reliable disc cleaner for this machine and get the extra warrany for the player. I always buy the extra warranty on any kind of electronic and applicances in those departments. You couldnt ask for a better product. im so happy to have it.

Bought this to ease the use of my VCR/DVD recorder. It only plays DVD+RW and not DVD+R. THE DESCRIPTION STATED PLAYS DVD+RW DVD+R DVD-RW DVD-R IN ONE CASE IT ACTUALLY CAUSE ONE RECORDED MOVIE TO NOT WORK IN THE DVD RECORDER. i THOUGHT SONY WOULD HAVE A BETTER PRODUCT BUT i WAS WRONG. I'LL KEEP IT TIL IT BREAKS THEN I'LL REPLACE IT WITH A DIFFERENT BRAND.It also does noes not have a code for Hisense tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The item that was shipped as a present to my friend apparently doesn't work. I would guess it's on his end. He is returning the DVD player to the store. I hope the return goes well since it is a gift from another state.

I have only owned this like a month and I's making this loud humming sound. It practically drowns out the movie 🎥 I am watching. It's so annoying. I am not sure if want to buy another one right now but I'll buy a different brand for a higher price with better quality. Live and learn. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I am sure I am not the only one with the same issue.

This is only a dvd player, not a blu-ray player which most dvd's are today. So don't be fooled by the good price it only plays dvd in the old format.
