I purchased this DVD player online. Got it home and the remote did not work, despite three sets of new batteries. I had to take it back and will look at something else or upgrade to higher quality/brand.

I like the small size and easy setup. There are several functions I haven't used and/or don't understand. Not sure if I'll look at them more closely. The basics are easy so so far I overall happy.

If you still like watching movies on dvd disc, this is the dvd player for you. The upscaling is the best, using just one hdmi cable for hook up. Great picture and sound.

This DVD player works perfectly. It is a real sleet shape and very small. The display time feature works really well. The is a great deal seeing that it cost a lot less than other comparable units

Needed a simply to use dvd player for our rv. Took only minutes to hook up with the additional hdmi cord I ordered and that's it. Easy to use, great picture and sound. Only time will tell on how long it will last.

My older Sony DVD (same model) showed its age by shipping. This new one, as expected, works perfectly. I wish the green "on" light was larger. Otherwise, complaints so far

The only problem I have is that you cannot control the volume with the remote control that came with the DVD player because there was not an extra input on the machine to connect to the TV.

A great value and is compatible with my Samsung HD TV. Be sure to order the cable required to connect to your TV. The unit does not come with HDMI cable. This unit also connects easily to a sound bar.

If your old DVD won't hook up to your new tv or if it only plays in balcony and white, then this will be great for you. Just plug and play. You will need a hdmi cable, but that's all you'll need!
