The info. says that it will play DVD+R and DVD+RW. However, it would not play any of our DVD+R recordings. Called Sony, they advised us to return it, which we did.

Hey, don't let the price fool you. This is and waesome machine. I am a Sony electronics fan anyway. But this is above their norm of quality verus value.

Recently purchased they non- HDMI model. This time I replaced a Phillips with the HDMI model almost identical except for HDMI. Remotes identical very reliable.

This is the second Sony DVP-SR510H HDMI I have bought for my house. I had one in the living room for about a year. This one i purchased for a bedroom. The player is easy to use and has played everything I have tried so far. Very clear picture.

You can't go wrong with Sony! It was easy to set up and it's easy to use. I originally purchased a different no name and could not get it connected. I needed a player with HDMI and I chose Sony because of the name. It worked! You can't go wrong

I wish it had an s-video input, and some indicator that it is working, besides the ON light. I am using this for checking TV's . The small size works well for traveling.

OK... this is a replacement for the same model I bought last time. We use the DVD player every day and the last one six months ago and it has been skipping and not recognizing some disks. I took the 2-year warranty this time.

We purchased this for the spare bedroom for the grand kids and it works great. I even use it when my older dvd won't play certain DVD's and they play fine on it.

Walmart made this item not only inexpensive but very easy process. The delivery even arrived much earlier than expected! I would recommend this site to anyone!

I haven't had this for 4 months and it started skipping on new dvd and would go to a blank screen. Also, it would make a loud popping noise and stop playing. This is my 3rd one I have bought as they ran out of warranty! Don't buy it.
