thank you sony for the awesome dvd/cd player. super easy to connect to my tv. i only have a soundbar and the audio watching a dvd or playing my old cd's sounds terrific. very easy to use. I'm extremely pleased with this.

Purchased at the end of January -- after only one month of use, it won't play DVD's that it had played before. Hooked my old DVD player back up and the DVD's play fine.

Does not play any dvd's!!! I got this for myself as a nostalgic Mothers Day present and I'm so disappointed that nothing plays!! Will be returning….so much for having fun!!

very nice and better than expected. I love how it automatically resumes where you left off even after taking disc out and putting another in and when you put it back in and it starts where left off. I never seen that with any other player

I like the size of this DVD player. It's small enough to take with you if you'd like to use it in a hotel for example. It works great, no issues at all. It even came with a set of batteries for the remote control and RCA cables.

I bought this DVD player because it had good reviews. Not much to say, just that its a very basic HDMI DVD player. I bought it online for $40 and picked it up at the store. Luckily the price for it in the store was $5 cheaper so that was a plus. No special features on this device. Very basic but it works and I got what I paid for.

Works great for most dvds, but when it skips or can't read the disc it starts beeping loudly to where you're searching for the remote quickly to turn it down. Brand new discs and brand new dvd player and still has problems. When it works good it's fine!

I like the DVD player, however; the on /off light is so small, its hard to tell if its on or off - difficult to see from sitting place. Also, have to click a couple times sometimes to turn off /on. Other than that its fine. Not worth sending back for those couple things. But good for others to know.

This is a great little dvd player for the price. Easy to set up right out of the box. We were watching a dvd within 15 minutes (maybe even less). Had to buy a HDMI cable which cost another $20+ bucks. Would have paid more for the unit if the cable was included. Overall very happy with purchase.

I verified this ability by playing Walker Texas Ranger season 1 on my new Sony DVD. They seemed washed out and fuzzy on my other DVD player but with this Sony DVD, the video is clear, colorful, easy to read credits as they are shone. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Price was less than expected for an outstanding player as this one and quality is excellent. Remote works close or far, from high up to low down, side to side.
