Have been using this since we came home with our baby and loved it until we followed the directions for washing the portable dome pad. It's now ruined and not usable. For that alone, I wouldn't recommend it since you can't clean it.

I tried to wash the bassinet mattress pad and now it won't lay flat, causing a safety concern. Why label that it can be washed, when the instructions followed exactly cause the product to be ruined?

We washed the mattress for the bassinet part in the wash as the label said to and now the mattress will not lay flat. I can't use this- it's not safe. We just received as this as a gift for our baby/ I'm very disappointed

This has been perfect for our new baby. She sleeps well in the dome, and we've been using the lower part for storage of essentials until she's big enough to sleep there. I love that it will be useful for much longer than just a bassinet like we originally planned to get. Very well made and sturdy.

I only have the pack n play set up, so I haven't used it yet. It does appear to be very sturdy. However the only complaint I have is the instructions. I had to YouTube the instructions. So if you buy the product just YouTube it don't stress yourself trying to figure it out.

Such a great purchase for our little one! This Pack 'n Play has been a lifesaver from the newborn stage and still works great now that my baby's older. It's super easy to set up and move around, which I love for travel. The newborn insert, changing table and removable bassinet were perfect in those early months, and now we use it more for sleep when traveling. Everything feels sturdy and comfortable. I really appreciate how versatile it is—definitely something that grows with your baby!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this pack and play so much! We have a three story townhouse so we didn't want to have to buy three of everything. Having the changing table, and the bassinet all in one has been a life saver! Love that it has uv protection for taking outside as well, Can't wait for summer! Sturdy, well made. Definitely would buy again!

My daughter bought this for her baby boy and then I bought one to have when he visits. I love that the bassinet and changing table attach sturdily to the top of the playpen/crib. There's no bending over to use them. The system is well built and provides all I need to have my grandson stay with me.

It's was good but I prefer the price was cheaper
