It's was good but I prefer the price was cheaper

We washed the mattress for the bassinet part in the wash as the label said to and now the mattress will not lay flat. I can't use this- it's not safe. We just received as this as a gift for our baby/ I'm very disappointed

I tried to wash the bassinet mattress pad and now it won't lay flat, causing a safety concern. Why label that it can be washed, when the instructions followed exactly cause the product to be ruined?

I only have the pack n play set up, so I haven't used it yet. It does appear to be very sturdy. However the only complaint I have is the instructions. I had to YouTube the instructions. So if you buy the product just YouTube it don't stress yourself trying to figure it out.

This has been perfect for our new baby. She sleeps well in the dome, and we've been using the lower part for storage of essentials until she's big enough to sleep there. I love that it will be useful for much longer than just a bassinet like we originally planned to get. Very well made and sturdy.

My daughter bought this for her baby boy and then I bought one to have when he visits. I love that the bassinet and changing table attach sturdily to the top of the playpen/crib. There's no bending over to use them. The system is well built and provides all I need to have my grandson stay with me.
