I will say that this seems like a lot of machinery at first, but it actually doesn't take up much more space than say a typical rocker or bouncer and it's higher so baby feels more included in your day! It was also easy to assemble (just me, about 20 mins). My babe really seems to love the back and forth swing, and the up and down but not always together so I love that you have so many options. Sometimes I even find if she starts to get fussy that changing the direction of the swing keeps her calm a little while longer. Some reviews mentioned that the bar with the toys feels flimsy... I did not find that to be the case! My baby is strong and she pulls at the stuffed animals attached to it quite a lot and it holds up well! The music is a little annoying and switches. I'd find it better if it was white noise / nature sounds over the lullaby's but that is more preference. It's super cozy! The padding is thick and soft! I live the muted green and gray color, it can probably blend into any home. Being able to take the rocker off the base and use it anywhere is a life saver! It's easy to takeoff/put back on and I live bringing it onto the deck or over by my desk so I can get some work done while she's happy as can be:) The only drawback to this is how big it is, then again, if you forego buying a bouncer and a rocker and just use this the problem is solved!

Prior to getting this swing, we had an older swing from another company that our baby hated so we never used it. The Graco Soothe My Way swing is awesome and totally different from any other swing we've used! We used the swing with our 7 month old and whenever she was cranky, we'd place her in the swing and it always worked like a charm at getting her to calm down and smile. She found the swing very comfortable and snuggly and would go from crying to laughing or sleeping in a short period of time. We tried out all of the different soothing settings on the swing (there are 16 total!) and loved the versatility. Unlike other swings with just a few of settings, this swing ensures that you're able to find a setting that works for your baby. My friend came over with her 3 month old and her baby loved the swing as much as our older baby and was fast asleep in it after a few minutes. As if a great swing isn't enough, the swing also has a removable rocker. This has been great for when our baby is tired of swinging and just wants to sit with us. We'll disconnect the rocker and take her around the house with us so she can be in any room we're in. This is a life saver when you're trying to make dinner or do some house chores and need a safe and easy place to keep the baby nearby. I have multiple friends who are pregnant right now and I have urged them all to run out and buy this swing the minute it's available! I'm the most indecisive person ever so picking any baby items for my registry took forever, but the swing took the longest as in my eyes it was one of the most important items to choose. I spent HOURS researching different swings, reading reviews, watching videos and more. I am so glad I went with this one. I was a little nervous about some of the negative reviews about the noise it makes and the quality of the music, but ultimately picking this one was for-sure the best option for me. Pros: 1. You can just take off the top part and use it as a rocker so you don't need to buy two separate items. This was important to me so that I could take her around the house with me (shower, etc..) 2. So many different settings for movement. I just realized that if I put the top part (rocker) sideways it added even more ways to move. (Should have read that in instructions). 3. Doesn't take up much space at all. 4. Very soft and comfortable for baby. 5. Reasonable price considering it's a swing and rocker. Cons: 1. It is a little bit loud, not enough to bother me or my baby but all babies respond differently to noises. I just don't think it's loud enough to not get it for that reason only. 2. The music option is not the best, the songs are actually quite bad and don't sound so good. The other sound options isn't too bad though, and I do use that. Either way, It's not too much of a problem for me as a I have a sound machine anyway, and you can always play anything on your phone so it should be the thing that keeps you from buying this great swing. 3. The pad has some fuzz balls already. Again, easy fix with fabric shaver. Anyway, to me the pros absolutely outweigh the cons. I just recommended it to my pregnant best friend and might just buy it for her for her baby shower. I'll keep recommending it as it's a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was able to try the Graco Soothe My Way Swing Rocker with my 3mo daughter. I really love how compact this swing/rocker combo is; it fits in even the smallest space! The swing is well-made with soft fabric and a sturdy base, and my daughter seems very cozy in it - you can even adjust the recline position. It is also fantastic to be able to remove the rocker portion to take the baby with you when you're moving rooms. That said, my daughter wasn't as big of a fan of this compared with a traditional swing. This is a motorized movement, so it is not completely smooth or silent (it's pretty noisy when in motion). She likes it for little bits of time, but she loses interest quickly and has never fallen asleep in it (or even become drowsy).

What a great product for your little one! Plus it is super sleek and takes up minimal space compared to other swings we have used which is a lifesaver (you don't realize how many things your little one will need!). Tons of options and settings for different movements and sounds to accommodate and entertain any and all babies! My little one was so comfy!

I bought this swing for my 4th baby as it was compact, cute and loved the motions. My baby is now 4 months old, LOVES her swing and the lights are flashing blue and it won't move anymore. She is well below the weight limit (12.5 lbs) and we have tried all the reset options. Make no sense that a product coming from a quality company, that is expensive, would fail like this. Extremely disappointing.

We loved this swing when we first got it. But for some reason after 4 months, the swing will work for 2 minutes just fine then all of the buttons flash, and the swing stops moving. I can't find a solution to get it working again online and have tried several forms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a grandparent, I remember the wind up and battery gobbling swings of the last century. This rocker is the greatest! It can be charged or used while charging. It rocks baby in a number of directions, plays music and sounds to soothe and sports a cute mobile to entertain baby. This swing was well worth the price for our new grandbaby.
