The pillow sleeps reasonably cool but it is not “Jack Frost” status. As a side sleeper I wish the pillow had a little more height to it. There is definitely a smell to the pillow but nothing too bad and it goes away in a couple of days. For me the pillow has the perfect amount of “give” to it and it always springs back to original shape and size.

I ended up buying 4 of these pillows for rotation and so far I really like them. I only wish they were a little firmer. Only slightly. I’m relatively broad shouldered and my head tends to sink a little bit lower than I would like. There is a smell for a few days that some people call “pleasant”. Their definition of pleasant is a lot different than mine. The smell goes away pretty quickly though. I put a little Vick’s under my nose the first few days, but it’s fine now. I definitely recommend. Just wish there was a slightly firmer version.

The pillow is good. I would like it a little firmer but it's hard to know when ordering. It did have a smell at first but that went away within 48 hours. My husband loves and and steals it often. It does stay cool so there is no flipping it over and that's important to me at my age! My only issue with my purchase was the 7 weeks it took to get the pillow. The "ships in 24 hours" is very misleading! It was so long I finally wrote an email asking if my pillow was being hand stitched by a small child and that was what was taking so long. Other than shipping, it's a great pillow and I think it will last me a very long time.

Its hard for me to review the pillow since I have a sensitive neck. The bed is fantastic but the jury is still out on the pillow, only have had it for 2 weeks and have had to switch back and forth with my old one. Gave it a 4 star because, I wake up a little stiff. Will take time for my neck to adjust.

Since receiveing my pillow I seem have some improvement in how long I sleep. And when getting up in the morning my neck doesn't ache. Over all I will buy a second one for our bed. I Have started taking it with me on vacations. You manufactured a good product. Thanks Walt Gleason

The pillows are cool to the touch which I love. They also did something I wasn’t expecting. I’ve been experiencing some symptoms ever since I had a disc herniation and I would have them 9.5 out of 10 days. Since using the GhostPillow those symptoms have only occurred 2 out of 10 so far.

Pillows were near perfect. Only thing that kept them from perfect couldn't of been fixed because they slide on my chill cover on bed. I got some new sheets and pillow case and no longer an issue. 10/10 would recommend and would ensure you look thru the whole selection and find what is right for you.

The price was great on Groupon and I had to try it! I am very picky about my pillows and have only really liked my temporpedic symphony pillow but it's really old. This pillow has the feature of staying cold while using it so I had to try it. First impressions is that it does feel cold to the touch. After laying on it awhile it does warm up but you only have to roll over or rotate the pillow to feel the coolness again which is very cool! As for the support, it does hold it's shape quite well. I just wish it was a tad bit thicker as I'm a side sleeper and it's not quite high enough for my liking. I fixed this by using a blanket folded underneath for a little added height. So if you're on the fence and want a decent cooling pillow that's supportive, buy this!

My husband was looking to replace an old Frost pillow and had come across rave reviews about how cold the Ghost pillow was. Unfortunately, it’s just not cold. It’s slightly cool when you first place your head on it, but quickly gets warm from your body heat. We’re waiting for the thirty day required trial period to send these back. On a positive note, these were well packed and shipped quickly.

My husband and I both have had trouble finding a good pillow. He is a stomach sleeper who suffers from back pain and I am a side sleeper who suffers from neck pain. I bought him a Ghost Pillow first and he loved it. I borrowed it a few times for a nap and decided I needed to get one for myself. Such a great product !
