What I can say. It has been a great pillow. I have had my recent pillows for about 15 years, it took a while, like two to three weeks to get used to the Ghost pillow. Now I love it. I bought two of them thinking I was going to use them, my girlfriend had a different plan and now we both use them. She loves them as well, its like her new favorite pillow.

I started a search for a new pillow and was overwhelmed by all the options available. I took to YouTube and after a few different pillow review videos, I decided to take a chance on the ghost memory pillow and don’t regret the decision. The price is reasonable and I have been enjoying great sleep ever since. I would definitely recommend to others.

I wanted a cooling pillow and my wife wanted a pillow that wasn't too hard, but hard enough to provide support. I had a cooling pillow already, but it was too thin. My wife had a supportive pillow that was too hard. Ghost Pillow was the best solution with the cooling outer layer and the ability to remove the padding if the pillow provided too much support. My wife likes the pillow as is and has even commented on having better sleep since receiving the pillow. Myself, I found the default to provide too much support and so removed some of the padding and now have the perfect pillow. I did not think it possible that one pillow model would be able to satisfy both our needs as they were so different from one another. I'm a hot natured person and this pillow has one side that stays cool. The pillow is so comfortable also. I got it as a gift from my wife but I got tired of her trying to take it from me so I got one for her, we both agree it's an amazing product and we would and have recommended it to others.

I have an AWFUL neck. I tore a tendon many years ago and it’s bever been the same since. I also get terrible neck aches due to anxiety and low muscle tone. Needless to say, every single day I wake up in pain no matter how I sleep. I used the pillow ONCE and I woke up in NO PAIN! Wow! Thank you.. it’s been a long time since I’ve been pain free!

As a pillow conneseur, Ive always loved hotel pillows and never could find one even close to a good hotel pillow. I was excited to get these and I've heard great things. They are WAY better than hotel pillows!! I now have to order two more for traveling.

Did my best to air it out, but the supposedly gentle lilac smell that would dissipate in a few days gave me a headache. I also didn't think it kept my head noticeably cool. The best night I slept was when I went back to my old pillow. Just didn't work out for me. Also, you're paying for return shipping.

Buying process was very easy with Affirm. The pillow cases were an added bonus. I'am sleeping like a baby and the adjustable frame is great with the massage is perfect for me just like the old time beds in hotels you put a quarter in to vibrate an added bonus.

I have bought several pillows over the years, looking for just the right pillow. They have been either too soft, too hard, too bulky or too flat. I can now stop my quest for the perfect pillow! I have now found the perfect pillow and can't be more happy. My neck no longer hurts when I wake up in the morning!! I am so glad that I bought my GhostPillow Faux Down. It's amazing! I will never buy anything else. You won't be disappointed with this pillow. It is worth every cent!

It was ok. It was decently comfortable but in no was was it cool to me. I tried every type of pillow case from 600-1500 Egyptian cotten,regular cotten,even spent some $ on mulberry silk as well as 2 other type of cases. I really tried everything to keep this pillow but just wasn't for me. I'm a super hot sleeper so it may work for others. When I sit close to people or in bed watching TV with my gf, everyone says they can feel the heat off me. So hopefully other's have better experience.
