I really like the GhostPillows. These pillows do not go flat and are very supportive and comfy. Love that they stay cool and allow for airflow, for a comfortable nights sleep. Added bonus is the washable, breathable cover that is included. I'm glad that I bought these to go along with my complete Ghostbed setup.

The pillow is nice. Not as firm as some memory foam types more of a hybrid between firm memory foam and fluffy pillow. I personally found the pillow to be slimmer than expected but I bought 2 and they work great together. I am taking only 1 star off for the pillow height being a tad slim.

After doing careful online research, I chose to purchase two GhostPillows. The purchase, and shipping processes were exceptional. The pillows are of high quality and I find them to be very comfortable. The cooling fabric is built within the (inner) pillow case but is present only on one side. If you want the cooling effect, you have to make sure the correct side faces up. This is not too difficult because one may feel the difference in the texture of the cooling fabric side. My biggest complaint is the synthetic chemical smell. After washing the (inner) pillow cases, I had to air-out the GhostPillows for a full one week by placing them on patio chairs in the sun. After one week, the smell was less noticeable but still present. I continue to place the pillows outdoors several times a week, in the hopes of further mitigating the aromatic synthetic odor. Otherwise, I really like the GhostPillows. I wish they came is a larger size because the two standard size pillows look odd on my king-sized bed. Final recommendation- buy this pillow and you will be sleeping great!

The pillow was made well. The ice cover is cooling. It was just too thick for us. When I tried to return it I discovered that I had to pay for shipping. I wanted to order the shredded since I would be able to customize it. Unfortunately after learning I had to pay for shipping. I sold them else where and ordered some shredded pillows from somewhere else

Works excellent for side sleepers to give proper neck alignment. Not so good for back sleepers unless you make sure your shoulders are also on the pillow. A bit firm. Can give you a kink in your neck if a back sleeper and only your head is on the pillow.

I have been on the hunt for a good, supportive and comfortable pillow for the last couple years. And finally my search has come to an end!! I can’t express how much better my sleep is and what a joy it is to no longer wake up with neck pain and tension headaches

Hi! I'm a Dr. of Chiropractic and had been using another brand of gel memory foam pillow, which i LOVED. I had been using it for several years, so it was no longer providing any support. I have another friend who is also a Chiropractor and she had to keep adjusting my cervical spine (neck region) every week. I was having the same problems over and over again. I was using Salonpas patches or rubbing Icy Hot on my neck several times a night! I was ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE, with constant neck pain and headaches! I had been using another brand of gel memory foam pillow for several years and it was DEFINITELY time for a new one. I wanted to buy the same exact pillow, but found that they weren't being made anymore. The brand GhostPillow caught my attention immediately when I started a search on my computer, so I looked into their products. I was at the point where I would've paid ANY price for a pillow that would relieve my CONSTANT neck pain! I ordered the gel memory foam Ghost Pillow and PRAYED it would help. It took a little getting used to on the 1st night, but guess what.......I woke up with NO PAIN!!! NO MORE MISERABLE NIGHTS with menthol patches all over my neck! I WOULD 100% RECOMMENDED THIS PILLOW TO ANYONE who wants to wake up with NO NECK PAIN! The gel memory foam Ghost Pillow was TRULY the answer to my prayers! I'm looking into trying a mattress next!

Shipping time is 3-4 WEEKS - not 5-7 days. The pillow under your head heats up close to a regular pillow within 1 hr., but the rest of the pillow is only partially heated up. The flip side of the pillow never is as cool as the opposite side ( side with embossed "GhostPillow"). Pillow is comfortable, but density occasionally causes ears to block up when sleeping on your side. Pillow needs more fill for side sleepers. I ordered 2 anticipating this issue, but was only sent one - waiting for the other to arrive so I can double up. Overall pillow is an improvement temperature wise, but you still need to flip just not as much. Pillow is good for about 4 hrs. before it is totally heated up to the extent of a regular pillow.

Pretty good! Very comfortable pillow that holds up well so far. Foam is the right density to be supportive but not too hard. Has a bit of an 'off-gassing' smell out of the box for 2-5 days, but it goes away. The letters are raised or embroidered so you can feel them if you don't have a thick pillowcase, which is a bit annoying.

I had hopes for these pillows however I found that they don't breathe as I would have hoped. My head still gets very warm. I found that it ends up losing shape and I have to push it up for more support.They may be better used on a ghost bed instead of just a regular bed by themselves.
