The size and feel of this pillow are very nice. I like the cover it comes in and it is a cooling pillow. The quality seems like it will last a long time. Unfortunately for me as a side sleeper, it is not enough support for my neck and shoulder with just one pillow. I'm ordering a 2nd pillow to see if that helps. But this is still not the perfect pillow as so many have stated in other reviews.

The pillow smells like feces! I've left it outside in the air for more than a week, put it in the dryer with no heat, taken off the covers and washed them. We're about 6 weeks in and it's still not useable because it STILL smells like feces. I've called and written numerous times and done everything they've said including "take it outside and hit it with a stick". I have a Ghost Bed pillow that I love and didn't have any problem with. This one is useless night mare!

I've been using the pillow for about a month now. I received the pillows before the bed I ordered. Using the pillows on my old mattress that was too firm, it made it feel like a new mattress. I slept very well! I've been using pillows with new mattress from this company and my husband does stay cooler. Good support for back or side sleeping (not so much for stomach sleeping). The first month, 1 pillow alone is enough. After a month, stacking 2 pillows works better for me. This may depend on how flat or elevated you prefer to be . Overall, good neck support.

I bought 2... kinda leary at first about the price but got them 1/2 off.I bought them for the cooling in them.They are amazing they stay cool and they don't go flat..My son is a long haul Trucker and has a hard time keeping cool in the bunk when he tries to sleep so I gave him one of mine...he LOVES it!!

I had serious neck pain and had tried a lot of different pillows to help alleviate this. Nothing helped. I saw a review for the Ghost Pillow and put it on my birthday wish list as a last ditch option. Wow! Sure wish I had known about this pillow earlier. I have never had a better nights sleep and I have no pain now!!!

The pillow is great if you sleep in a bed. It did not work well if you sleep in a recliner. Does not give the "wrap-around" neck support I was looking for. Wish the company would make something that works for people who have to sleep partially sitting up and not straight flat, in a recliner.

The Ghostbed pillow remains incredibly cool throughout the night, and the other side is almost always cold. For me it gives a little too much, caving in where my head is and cupping the sides of my head with material. From other reviewers I thought the pillow was more firm, but its somewhere in the middle.

As someone who sleeps hot, and has a knack for finding pillows that go flat after two-nights use, this was a great discovery! The pillow keeps my head cool at night, even through the silk pillowcase, and provides great support for my head as a side sleeper. Very happy I went through with this purchase!

The memory foam allows the pillow to forms perfectly to my body. The patented fabric kept the pillow cool on both sides all night, allowing me to sleep through the entire night without waking up. It's really soft and comfortable. The pillow is light and easy to transport if needed. The price point lined up very well for the quality of the pillow. It's a longer pillow which makes it great for sleepers who prefer sleeping on their side. that being said, I didn't find any issues sleeping on my back or on my stomach if I chose to. I also want to mention that it came with care instructions and a suggestive temperature to ensure that you are getting the best experience out of your purchase.

I got three of these pillows on President's day on a sale when buying the mattress. I'm glad I spend a bit more money to get these - they're super comfortable. I feared my neck would get too warm because of the foam, but this has been a resounding success: keeps cool, supports my neck and I've yet to feel uncomfortable. I'd probably pay full price next time, it's definitely worth the money. Very happy overall.
