This pergola is just what our backyard needed! It's beautiful and we get many compliments. It came in well organized boxes and was pretty easy to put together. Customer service was excelent, responded right away to questions. We now have a nice place on our patio to entertain family and friends!

Love my new pergola. This is a quality product and the directions are easy enough to follow. It well built and not flimsy. I would recommend highly to anyone looking at one. The one draw back is the sun shade. It does not cover the entire top. It also has terrible tension tightening buckles. They need to come up with a better product for the shade.

We bought this pergola as a replacement for a "big box store" pergola that we had for several years. The difference is design, quality, ease of assemble and customer service is amazing. We upgraded to a bigger size than we had. The canopy is a much better design than the drape over models. Very happy with the purchase and are considering an attached pergola for our back porch.

I'm very happy with my pergola. It looks beautiful on my patio and is just what I hoped for. I was still setting up everything on the patio when the hurricane hit. It's very sturdy and withstood the hurricane winds without any damage. Love it and recommended it to my friends.

Visiting Sam's Club, I saw a wooden pergola and asked the associate if they came in different materials, colors, and sizes. I was told to look at the pergola section on the website as there was a wide variety. Upon reviewing I was pleasantly surprised and immediately made the purchase. The arrival of the pergola was timely. While I didn't go with the Sam's installation team as the date was too far away, I got another team to install and the outcome exceeded my expectations when the pergola was finished. This is now my new zen space. I absolutely love the pergola and would highly recommend it.

Love how its bringing everything and everyone together. Directions were simple. Some screws didn't thread correct and for the holes that have the outer ring, I superglued the ring prior to screwing. The first started spinning with the screw so there was no getting it in or taking it out. Hung LED lanterns. More decorations to go but the review is for the pergola :)

I loved this pergola from the minute I saw it. So much so that we hired contractors to build a deck under it. Our yard gets a LOT of wind so I'd been searching for awhile until I came across the Hawthorne. So we ordered it in December and the four boxes sat in garage for five months waiting for their time to shine. Although the co tractors erected it, I can testify to the clear packaging and labeling. Everything was in those boxes. It is so solid and sturdy. We've had a rainy, stormy few weeks and not even a wiggle. We absolutely love it.

. design is so pretty and I am excited about the fact it will never rust, warp or change color): We just purchased this product and it far exceeds my expectation! I was nervous about going with metal versus wood, but the quality of the product is so much better than other steel pergolas I've seen that are made of aluminum or vinyl products. This product is 100% galvanized steel and is solid. Because it is made from high-quality galvanized steel I also don't have to worry about it ever rusting, warping, or fading. The fact that I will never have to seal or stain this pergola is a huge plus for me! This pergola also comes with a power port, which is so convenient since we plan to have a bar under it. I can mix up fun drinks with my blender and have my music going! There are both USB and electrical outlets. The traditional design of the pergola is perfect and all of the joints are hidden so there is no hardware sticking out! The assembly was very easy for my husband following the directions provided in the BILT app. If I could give this product more than 5 stars I would!
