This coffee tastes good and froths nicely. However, I haven't seen any benefits as claimed in your promotions. I probably will not continue to purchase.

It seems to be a little bit stronger than the light roast, although I was told that the medium roast, not from you, had less caffeine, which one if I can ask has the less caffeine?

I'm a bold roast coffee drinker. Medium roast is much, much better than the light roast. I've been drinking Dose everyday for a couple of months and definitely feel better and have less brain fog. This may be a life-time habit change. :)
