The very 1st thing I do in the morning is make me a cup of Every Day Dose and chug it down! I enjoy the taste as is, mixed with a scoop of protein powder. . . This coffee has made me feel better mentally and physically. I hope this isnt to much information. . . lol but since I started drinking it 3 months ago I can also clear/pass a bowl movement much easier as well. It really serves so many purposes in my opinion. Everyday Dose will be my forever cup of coffee every morning for the remainder of my life as long as the company is still around. I am addicted to this stuff! I can tell a big difference when I don't have my morning Dose.
