[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in the summer to replace a pergola that blew over with the heavy wind, and am incredibly pleased! It brought my paradise back and my dog Thelma approves!

I bought this a month ago and so far it's all good, would have liked the seams to be tighter as the beams are connected together and the sail cover could be better quality or a choice to upgrade it.

This is an engineering masterpiece. Every step well thought out from the design to the instructions. This has to be the best quality pergola a person could buy and assemble themselves.

Shipped quickly. Instructions said 10 hours. Took under 7. Good quality. Easy to follow instructions. Some damage from the shipping company but a 5 minute phone call and they are shipping out the replacement parts out. Highly recommend!

Relatively easy to assemble - just be organized and use the BILT app. Beautiful once fully assembled. It really enhances the look of our backyard. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

Purchased 4, great quality, great customer service. Just had a hail storm with quarter to 50 cent piece hail and I don't see any dings. Aluminum would have crumpled.

This is a beautiful pergola! It looks gorgeous on our back patio and is a perfect addition to our yard. It only took my 59 year old husband and his 68 year old brother 6 hours to put together! I highly recommend this product!
