The vibration technology is very helpful and makes the washer quiet, even on spin cycle. This is our second Samsung washer and we continue to be pleased. A great washer for a great value!

I purchased this washer on June 2024. It worked great so far but it started giving problems since 9/5/2025. The washer stopped functioning in SPIN cycle. No issues with drain too. I think it's some software issue. I am trying to submit a repair request and it's webpage keeps loading non-stop. Samsung has big product quality issues. My wife told me not to buy Samsung washer and to save 100$, I purchased this washer and regretting it. I will never buy Samsung appliances. I have bad experiences with multiple Samsung appliances - two Washers, dryer and refrigerator (rubber seals worn out or cracking) too.

Clothes are almost dry when getting out of the washer. It holds a big amount of loads. The design is sleek and modern. And i like that it does have an app that lets you know when washing is complete.

There are enough cycle options to meet almost every imaginable job. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to include more illustrations in the product literature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that I don't have to dry my cloths as long as it sure spins out the water, and I notice that there is hardly anything in the dryer filter also. Cloths do look a lot cleaner with the front load washer now also.

5 years of top performing wash. Now? we have a leak! Now sure where it is, so we are starting at the drain plug on the bottom. It tends to spin and not open anymore. The second bad? The washer front is gross black mold and stinky. I have to wipe it all around with cleaner cloth now every week. We will be changing that out soon.

The washing machine needs me to start multiple times before it finally start washing. I’ve started the machine so many times only for it never to start so I had to wait a good 2-3 mins to verify if the machine will start washing clothes.

I really enjoy it because it works well, it has 5 levels of temperature control that works by only one finger click. I love the design because it’s beautiful and looks really nice with the white color and those beautiful buttons. The capacity is more than enough for the price that you pay. It does not have vibration or loud noise which is really good and important.
