[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this washer a couple weeks ago. Very quiet and efficient. Even at maximum drum speed, the washer does not move or vibrate. Features are nice, but not too complicated. The door boot was easily cleanable and I liked how the tray disconnects.

I purchased this washer on June 2024. It worked great so far but it started giving problems since 9/5/2025. The washer stopped functioning in SPIN cycle. No issues with drain too. I think it's some software issue. I am trying to submit a repair request and it's webpage keeps loading non-stop. Samsung has big product quality issues. My wife told me not to buy Samsung washer and to save 100$, I purchased this washer and regretting it. I will never buy Samsung appliances. I have bad experiences with multiple Samsung appliances - two Washers, dryer and refrigerator (rubber seals worn out or cracking) too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is really nice. I like the fact that it’s not loud and it washes my clothes sufficiently. The only thing I don’t like is that the detergent dispenser on the inside of the washer is right in front of the door. If you forget to toss something in and open the door laundry detergent and softener spill out of the washer causing you to have to clean up a mess. Other than that it’s great.

The front load capacity gives me the ability to save water and wash more clothes at one time. I'd like the design of this washing machine.Because it is small enough to fit in my laundry.Area, but large enough to meet the needs of the family. I noticed my clothes come out cleaner and less wrinkle.Because of the tumble factor in washing and drying the clothes. I enjoy the fact that the washing machine has the ability to connect to an app.However I don't use the app. The washing machine was installed in my condo, and it is very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung front load washer has great capabilities. It runs very quietly and evenly distribution of detergent. Clothes are almost dry when getting out of the washer. It holds a big amount of loads. The design is sleek and modern. And i like that it does have an app that lets you know when washing is complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that I don't have to dry my cloths as long as it sure spins out the water, and I notice that there is hardly anything in the dryer filter also. Cloths do look a lot cleaner with the front load washer now also.

Laundry is a huge part of my life and I never knew how loud my precious washer was till I ran a 2 cycles in this Samsung washer. It’s so crazy quiet and wrings out the clothes perfectly so it cuts down on dry time. I also was in love with the color of the washer and the beautiful completion chime.

There are enough cycle options to meet almost every imaginable job. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to include more illustrations in the product literature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent combination. The Samsung DVE45T000V Electric Dryer and this Front Load Washer. As with the dryer the controls look complicated but are not. There's alot of room for clothes and the results are excellent.

I also love that it automatically chooses the time duration depending on what you choose as far as normal, delicate, etc. I also thought that the price was very reasonable.
