The people who installed the washing machine were very professional and did a great job. We are very satisfied with the purchase :)

DO NOT BUY THIS WASHING MACHINE. we used it 3 times and the drum came lose and caused the washing machine to jump around and nearly destroy our laundry room. We have the machine for 5 days. Samsung is not answering for this or offering to replace it or even fix it at this point. Our repair guy said this is a known issue that has been occurring for over a year. We are devastated and now completely without a washer. Save yourself the headache. Samsung warranty is AWFUL!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use 2 of the many settings regularly: Regular and Heavy Dutie. The amount of wash time assigned to each setting is reasonable. I appreciate the whimsical sound made to signal alert that the load has come to conclusion. The clothing is lightly wet once they emerge from the washer. I can't think of anything I would prefer with regards to a change.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved to new house and decided to get a new washer. Used to top loaders, but wife wanted to try front loader. Not bad, but some of the settings are not the same. Their idea of soaking is to get the item wet, damp,really, and then wash as usual. Water savings should be substantial. Am now pre-soaking in bucket and transferring to washer after clothes have "soaked" not just been damp. Regular required cleaning was never needed to extent these machines now require, either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is just a wonderful washer. My other washer jumped around my laundry room on the spin cycle. I cannot even hear this washer when it's running. It is the best washer I have ever purchased. Also got the matching dryer which is just as wonderful. Highly recommend!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We find this washer to be everything we need it for , the only thing I'm not happy with is the wash cycle that has to happen after I believe 40 washes and it needs all HOT water to do this for 4 hours

Not only does it self clean, it has different cycles and temperatures to clean your clothing. The self cleaning process does the job. The front load is easier to place your clothes in too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first time with a front loader. I'm so happy we made this choice. I like that I can see what's happening inside, during the wash cycle. I like the soap measuring drawer, that it's very quiet, the way I'm able to choose the settings and that there is a timer letting me know how long each cycle has to go. I also like the cute tune it plays when the close are finished washing. My close come out clean and well spun to go into the dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOUD & MOVES ALL OVER during rinse cycle. I'm waiting forever on samsung as think it may be defective. Never heard or seen anything as bad as this. Have to actually STOP during rinse then turn off then turn back on to spin. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
