i bought this a week ago and 1st time use, when it spin ,the machine shake like it's out of control. and move around . if i havenot been there when it spin, it would have stretch the plug and water hoses, this could result in a very dangerous situation. this products should not be put to sell with out testing.

here is the major issue - and it is a big one! once you start your washer and after 1 minute - you can't add any more items. the only way to unlock the door is to let the cycle finish. so what you add won't be washed - but will be rinsed, at least. i tried everything from unplugging for a couple of hours (5 minutes was supposed to do it) or pushing several buttons for 10 seconds as advice on google. i even had 2 service calls and still have the same problem. i haven't had another machine in the last 2 decades do that. otherwise, it is a satisfactory low end machine.

We decided on replacement and my wife concurred it had to be another Samsung. When we saw this washer we knew it would be the one we wanted and went out to get it. After getting it home and hooking it up it was time to test it out as we had plenty of laundry waiting for it. My wife at one point asked me if it was running as she could not even hear it so i checked, yep! It was running. All our clothes came out very clean and in a short amount of time. We love the sleek design and all of the options it has on it. The soft touch buttons are really nice.Now she wants the matching dryer as the one we have matched the old Samsung washer ( they are similar but more updated). I told her that will happen but will have to wait until we save enough money up for it.

And using the bedding and sanitize modes. Really to soon to give a great review. The only thing I wish it had was a regular beep to cycle start/finish I know there are different sounds and an off altogether. The chime gets a little old real quick. Other than that....so far so good. I’m happy with the purchase.
