We planned on transferring our dvd player and recorder, firestick, sound bar and our plug in ear phones but no connection for headphones and not enough hdmi for everything or no plug in spots for headset or sound bar. Learning how to fix all that has taken us time. After figuring out ways to get most hooked up and buying things to facilitate most of the rest being connected we are at a place where we can enjoy the new tv. We like everything else about this tv - just the set up was frustrating. I'm sure the younger set would have had less problems adjusting from their old set to the new systems. P

Features such as brightness, contrast , and responsiveness are just fine. My only complaint is the volume on the Samsung remote. If it wasn't for my son, I would not have been able to figure out that you need to push up the volume button as opposed to pressing down on the volume button. Also as grandmother , I needed help to program the other remote for the cable carrier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wear hearing aids and have a plug in Bluetooth transmitter that works on most TVs but won't plug into this one, it also allows room or speaker sound while transmitting to the hearing aids. This TV the sound is blanked out by the Bluetooth when activated. I cannot use the blue tooth hearing aids when others watch the same tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture and the sound quality of the tv. I live in a loud household and have had trouble hearing other tvs we had. This 1 is no problem at all. Also the picture is very clear and bright, easy to see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The television is crystal clear, especially by watching movies. The sound is excellent is amplified through. This is a great television. I originally had the Samsung curved television, and they didn't have those anymore. I really love that one. But this one is just as great, just doesn't have the curve. I wish samsung would bring the curve television back. I trust samsung, I have my other television for ten years. And it still works, and I. It's still in the home. We just updated for better picture.

For a flat screen it's heavy doesn't have the built in apps that Another brand of my choice does , neither where Roku TV's , so don't get it twisted !!! The color was dull no matter which setting and the volume, well I'm not def and could barely hear it !!!

The second one acts up all the time, won't connect quickly to a station, you can't load certain streaming services. It wasn't easy to set up. Usually it takes me a few minutes. This took me over an hour. Not user friendly.

It is an upgrade in technology. It's a helpful and uniform piece of tech. The refresh time on linking to an external device is very quick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is good for the price point. It's bright enough to watch on a bright day indoors. Sound is fair, but I use Q-symphony with a soundbar. UI is more responsive than my older TV. It has more features and I can do most of the things from my phone.
