fantastic! first time buying and it's great! I mix with frozen blueberries, a tbsp of basil seeds, raw pumpkin seeds and raw sunflower seeds. then add a tbsp of date syrup and eat as a small breakfast or cool summer treat! highly recommend

It is very good product

this goes really well when put on top of a bagel with a liberal application of Honey on top of it and then take some chopped up strawberries and smash it down onto that. Yum!
