[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These sore throat drops works fairly well at relieving a sore throat. I like the cherry and elderberry flavor. The directions say to take 2 one after the other and let dissolve which is what I was doing. I did do it a couple times a day which helped me get through the days a little more comfortably. It was nice to get some relief.

(I didn't even need the whole medicated drop) incidentally, I do Like the size of it as it is small but Mighty but not menthol tasting like so many other drops. The alpine herbs and fresh mint flavor was very welcoming and not overpowering. Funny thing though, it left my tongue a blueish color! They are individually wrapped so I can easily keep some in my purse!

I can't honestly say how it worked for my sore throat because I couldn't finish sucking on it due to the taste. However, what I did love about these is that they are individually wrapped. Which is great to throw in your pockets or purse. I would recommend these only if someone really likes cherry flavored medicine.

She recommended Mucinex sore throat drops because they work fast and numb my sore throat. She is right. I got the honey & echinacea flavor drops and they quickly numbed my sore throat, and I could go on with my day. Mucinex is now my go to brand when I need a sore throat drop because they work quickly and taste good too. I have also gotten a bag that I keep at my desk at work for myself and if a coworker has a sore throat, I have the quick relief that they need.

They are fast acting indeed, I personally do not like the numbness sensation in my whole mouth, but you will stop feeling the sore throat or any pain. It lasted long and you can repeat every two hours. No so happy with the inactive ingredients or extra sugar and colorants. Not necessary to my opinion.

I tried the honey and Echinacea. I really like the honey flavor. These are not too sweet and I like that each lozenge is individually wrapped in it's own little packet. These work really fast.

They taste like berry mix drinks. I also like how they're individually wrapped. My kids thought they where candy. I will definitely use them when not feeling 100 but I think we will continue to buy these

These drops really do provide relief and the Alpine Herbs and Mint flavor is pleasant and not overpowering. They greatly eased my discomfort. I always keep a few on hand in my purse and desk for emergencies and they are the perfect size! They work fast and have an active ingredient that is an oral pain reliever! I would highly recommend these lozenges!
