They not only help with the cough, but they soothe the throat. The Alpine Herbs & fresh mint flavor is a good flavor. I have also tried and like Honey & Echinacea.

The elderberry & wild cherry flavor is amazing, not too sweet, not too medicine. Very fast acting, it dissolves within 3-5 minutes. The size is good, not too big. They contain hexylresorcinol 2.0mg which is an oral pain reliever. You can feel it work and I like that it isn't too strong but just enough to quell your discomfort. Each drop is individually wrapped within the bag so they are perfect on the go. Each bag contains 40 drops. Over all I am very impressed. These will be the only sore throat drops I buy going forward. I definitely recommend them.

These throat lozenges have said the day. They have provided great pain relief and are so soothing. Added bonus is that they taste great as well. We are usually picky about flavors of medicine and everyone in the family has liked these so far.

I like that the individual packing is sealed, unlike most, so they don't come undone in the bottom of my purses. They don't taste that great, but they function well, so I'll take it.

When I tried them, I felt a slight relief but not an instant strong relief and I would preferred a stronger mint flavor. Also, it let your tongue blue.
