Being a dispatcher I am always talking on the phone for 10+ hours a day and my throat gets scratchy. I'll take one of these and my throat feels much better almost immediately!! There was a kind of novocaine effect, a little like cepacol, but a bit stronger. The flavor was nice. I would recommend.

Mucinex InstaSoothe sore throat drops are a great product from a brand I trust. I keep these at home, in my car, in my purse and at work. The taste is a little strong but they are very effective. The kids even liked the taste so I didn't have to convince them to eat them for once. So these will definitely be in our medicine cabinet for future use. They taste like berry mix drinks. I also like how they're individually wrapped. My kids thought they where candy. I will definitely use them when not feeling 100 but I think we will continue to buy these
