They don't work. They also feel really warm in your mouth which is not a good feeling when you have a soar throat.

a really good brand of cough drops. Not candy but not so strong you have to throw it out halfway through. it stopped the cough without driving people away with medicine smell. I've used for years.

I usually get a lingering cough after I get sick, and these medicated drops help me from coughing. I can taste and feel the analgesic/numbing effect. The flavor is also very yummy.

Working in the yard and with all smoke in the air, from the fires, my throat has been so irritated. Great flavor, did what it needed to do and I was feeling great the next morning. Gave some to a friend, to help them out too. Highly recommend.

It tasted rather nice not overpowering and the shape worked for what it is. It did make my mouth feel funny, I guess that was the soothing nature of it. Would definitely recommend.

It is fast to temper the soreness within the throat by making it feel cool. The flavor honey & echinacea is refreshing.

Other brands that I have tried you have to use almost the whole bag just to get continued relief, with these...one lasts you as long as 2 or 3 would of other brands. The drops soothes my throat and the effects lasted for about 20 minutes after dissolving the drop. I would definitely purchase again!
