These are super good. I love that they are in in small packs which keeps the rest of the pack fresh.

Love the three individual packages. Open one at a time when you want to eat them. Snack size is perfect. Great for packing a lunch.

Overall it was tasty. However, the cheese was overpowering the meat and, I don't know if it was the basil or the meat but something was very chewy. I do not recommend eating it by itself. I did give it a whirl in the food processor until I was little bits then put it inside a calzone . That turned out awesome!

The cheese is really dried out and the overall flavor is flat. I don't recommend this for your Charcuterie Board if you are trying to impress anyone.

The mozzarella is very thick and tasteless. We added balsamic glaze, fresh basil, and tomato, so it was ok. Won't buy again.
