Contrast and brightness are exceptional! Responsiveness to remote control is not good at all. Many times it takes than two or more times to press buttons with command that I need (for example to increase or decrease volume to get response or to change channel,etc.). Quality of remote control has to be improved! Otherwise I am happy with your product 👍.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful picture just what you would expect from Samsung, unfortunately the Tizen operating system is a bit slow and unreliable at times. Apps crash out and loading time is longer than one would expect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a pretty good investment. I've enjoyed this tv since I purchased it. Great picture color, easy opperatable settings, and alot of plug-in outlets for anything you need to use with your TV which includes HDMI, flashdrive, ports to hook up Xbox or PS consoles, USB port, keyboard, or even your camcorder to record your family get togethers. You can even program your TV to different screens for screensavers. If you have issues with your TV you can call support or even troubleshoot it by yourself. Even add a remote to your phone that can be used if you lose your actual remote. Sound is good. You can make the picture bright or dark and even if you need to have warm or cool colors. This TV is good for a bedroom, family room, or business setting. As like any of these newer TVs don't ever drop them cause you may as well get a new one. Always purchase the extra warranty because anything can happen and you don't want to be crying 😭 at the end if something happens.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently replaced the TV in my older motorhome. I installed a Samsung 32” HD. The clarity and contrast of the picture is amazing. The sound is so good that I am not using the additional speakers I needed with the old tv. This is the second Samsung TV in the motorhome, also have a 26” Samsung in the bedroom.

Like all flat screens the sound is week but I find the picture to be excellent and that is what I bought it for. It was quick and easy to set up has a lot of extra channels the remote was quick to learn. I would easily recommend this to a friend or stranger.

TV has good contrast for a small-sized screen, and sound is clear and can be change easy depend on the sound in the kitchen. The control unit is friendly and responsive, although I use the Fire Stick controller more often.

The bult n voce s annoying and unnecessary regardless of what is being done even just changing channels or the volume control. Picture clarity and sharpness are very good.

The remote is a bit different than the one I have with my Samsung 65", but I just need to get used to using it. The TV is responsive, as is the remote; the contrast is perfect and easy to adjust, and for a small TV, the sound is great.

Same for rearranging the apps. Picture quality is better than most 32 inch screens. Volume is fine for a set of this size.

The problem is instead of being spontaneous when you push any button on the remote it takes literally 15 to 20 seconds to respond. I sent the 1st 1 back thinking it was a bad TV or remote. NOPE; the 2nd 1 is just as bad. The remote volume and changing media are the worst. These are what I use the most. jusdt very frustrating.
