[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV to replace a Samsung UN32M4500 which had fallen and broken its screen. Then I found I couldn't connect my sound system to the TV through the optical cable I normally used. In fact, the ONLY sound output from this TV is through bluetooth (with a corresponding sound delay) or the built-in speakers; both of which are disappointing. There is probably sound through one of the HDMI connectors to hook to a home entertainment system, but my stereo doesn't have that capability. I needed the optical sound to connect my hearing aids to the TV. Also, the TV, on power-up, does not automatically reconnect to the channel I was watching when I turned it off. Why? The older model would do that without any action on my part. Now, I have to reselect what I was watching when I turned it off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful picture just what you would expect from Samsung, unfortunately the Tizen operating system is a bit slow and unreliable at times. Apps crash out and loading time is longer than one would expect.

Very hard to use the remote Can't see the buttons in the dark, can't tell top from bottom, so you hold the remote upside down a lot of times. I cannot easily link it to my sound bar or the Wi-Fi. All-in-all, not as good as my upstairs LG.

The smart features are simple to use and streaming works well. It's a great size for a bedroom or smaller room. The only downside is that the menus can feel a little slow at times, but overall it's a solid TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV, the picture and sound quality are wonderful. My only complaint with the television is the remote doesn't light up in a dark room. This makes it hard to make any adjustments without turning on a light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I compared 32" Smart TV's and found this TV as the best all around features. For picture clarity (1080) and sound (5.1 audio). Mostly it is the best value for the dollar. All small TV's I shopped for can not beat the performance this Samsung 32" has to offer. Great TV for Home Theater set ups like a master bedroom where an AVR is part of the set-up. Thank You Samsung!!

TV has good contrast for a small-sized screen, and sound is clear and can be change easy depend on the sound in the kitchen. The control unit is friendly and responsive, although I use the Fire Stick controller more often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice television. Colors and brightness are great. It's a little sluggish when moving around. Moving the apps is more work than it should be. Same for rearranging the apps. Picture quality is better than most 32 inch screens. Volume is fine for a set of this size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV with Roku. The receiption is generally bright and clear but the tuning is very tricky. I think this TV is too smart for me. y old TV was easy -- just turn it on and off and that was that! Sound and contrasst are fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Screen looks very nice. However, I find that going through the different options with the controller is extremely slow. I changed the batteries as well. It's also not very intuitive. I feel like all the options are all over the place. Finding an app to download is a pain. Im actually not very impressed with this TV other than the picture quality.
