[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is fantastic. The built in sound/speakers are a bit thin i.e treble is overpowering. Hooking to a Bluetooth sound bar took care of that and now the bass comes through. I am a musician so am very picky about sound so take that for what is worth your experience may vary.

The design of the feet/stand is awful. Screwing in the feet all the way is impossible, making the TV a bit unstable. The remote is very slow in responding. And I have yet to figure out how to move the Spectrum app (my wifi server) down with the other apps on the home page.

The slim bezel gives it a clean appearance, and both the brightness and contrast are excellent for viewing in high light or dark rooms. The soundstaging is clean and legible for news and casual viewing. The only small downside is the menu responsiveness, which can feel a tiny bit sluggish at times, but for a 4-star TV in this class, you really can't go wrong.

Wow! What an incredible TV! I've had it for a bit and it is just a fantastic TV. I've never ran into any problems yet and hit hooks up flawlessly to anything I plug it into. From gaming to live streaming, it can really do it all. The video quality is next generation and the brightness sooths my retinas with the pretty pictures it can produce! The sound is also one of the best ones I've ever heard. I used to use my surround sound speakers but the TV is capable enough that it out does my own personal speaker setup. I've only used the TV for audio since. The contrast is also flawless. The colors pop, bam, and shine in every way with the darks truly being dark. The immersion feels incredible. The responsiveness is faster than what it says it is. When I click a button on my remote, it is nothing short of an extension of my arm. It is a portal to the digital universe with the speed at which the TV works. All in all, I would highly recommend this TV to any friends or family.

It's hard to understand how to find different things on the television and doesn't seem self-explanatory or user-friendly at all like a large larger Samsung I have in my living room.The remote is Way too small with too many small buttons. It comes with way too many apps on the screen to begin with and hard to find how to add my own apps. The picture quality is fine, but there's nothing else about this television that would make me want to ever buy it again (or even have it given to me for free).. I'm ready to give it away and buy another brand. After this experience I won't take a chance on another Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is excellent for its small size, and the picture is very good. We have it set up in the kitchen area. Only thing is that it takes longer than our other Samsung TVs to connect to the internet. Other than that, we're very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a new TV for my bedroom and this one is perfect. The picture is so much brighter and full of color than my old one. I watched a couple of youtube videos on how to set it up and it was really pretty easy (I'm 73 years old, but pretty good with tech). The remote is easy to understand and the tv quickly responds to whatever I'm selecting. The sound is clear and easy to understand when people are talking. Very good tv for a great price. Would highly recommend.

When I want to watch TV and have all these other choices in my face when I turn on the TV; Samsung Plus,Netflix, Prime video etc etc..Everything in my face. I already know what I want to watch and find all the propts unnessary and it looks messy on the opening screen. It may be great for a person with Alzheimers but it's just a childish gamer, sloppy look. We don't need all the flags, bells and wistles. This is my only complaint if you call it that. Other than that it's a great machine.
