Hi Buyer, Thank you for your feedback. If your remote isn’t responding, here are a few quick steps to help determine if it’s working correctly: 1. Check the batteries: Remove the back cover of your remote and replace the batteries with a fresh set, ensuring they are inserted in the correct direction. 2. Test for infrared signal: Point the front of the remote at your smartphone camera. While holding down any button, you should see a flashing light through the camera screen. (For iPhone users, the front-facing camera works best.) If you see the light, your remote is working and may need to be re-paired with your TV. 3. Point the remote correctly: Try pointing the remote directly at the TV from about 5-6 feet away. This can help ensure a clearer signal between the remote and the TV. If you still need assistance, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun), or visit the ‘Support’ link on our website to start a LiveChat session. ~ Samsung Advisor

Hi Javier, We appreciate your feedback regarding your TV’s performance. If you're experiencing freezing or lag in general response time, please try the following steps: 1. Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care 3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system. If you're still noticing performance snags after these steps, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). You can also connect with a LiveChat agent via the ‘Support’ link on our website. ~ Samsung Advisor

Hi DMDM, Thank you for your feedback. Please ensure you are running the latest Firmware on your TV by going to Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now. You may also want to run Device Care to boost performance – Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care. Finally, you can reset Smart Hub – Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub (This will sign you out of apps and reset Smart Hub to factory default.) If you need additional support, Samsung is here to help. Please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6 PM Sat – Sun), or reach us via text 24/7. Hi pws29526, Thank you for purchasing Samsung’s F6000F TV and for sharing your feedback regarding low volume. To start, we recommend making sure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates can include improvements to sound performance: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update If volume levels still seem too low, you can improve sound performance by adjusting a few key settings: Sound Mode: Navigate to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode Auto Volume: This feature helps maintain consistent volume levels across content and input sources. Turn it on under: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On You can also explore Expert Settings to fine-tune sound output with adjustments for Balance, Equalizer, and more. If you’re considering enhancing your setup, Samsung’s Q- and S-Series Soundbars feature Q-Symphony, which syncs your TV and soundbar speakers for a fuller, more immersive sound experience. For personalized support with these settings or selecting a soundbar to complement your setup, contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun) or use LiveChat via the ‘Support’ link on our website. ~ Samsung Advisor

Hi Alex, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of Samsung’s F6000F TV. If the image doesn’t look quite right to you, there are several adjustments that can help optimize performance for your space and preferences. First, make sure your TV is up to date. Firmware updates often include picture quality enhancements. To check for the latest version, go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now Next, explore available Picture Modes under: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode Each mode is tailored to a different viewing style: • Standard – Balanced settings for everyday use • Dynamic – Brighter and sharper for brightly lit rooms • Movie – Softer tones ideal for low-light viewing • Eco – Reduces power consumption by adjusting brightness You can also customize the image further under: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, where you’ll find detailed controls for Brightness & Contrast, Color & Tint, Sharpness, and more. If you’d like help fine-tuning your display or exploring these settings, please call Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun), or visit the ‘Support’ section on our website to LiveChat with an agent. ~ Samsung Advisor
