[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the picture on this TV. It is a smaller screen, but the largest we could fit into our entertainment cabinet. The remote control is really confusing - especially trying to find and select TV stations. It isn't very intuitive on which buttons should be pushed.

I'm a huge Samsung fan!!! I believe Apple has NOTHING on Samsung whatsoever! That's my opinion and I'll stick to it and I haven't switched to Apple anything since the beginning. I think everything Samsung does is awesome and good quality!!!!! I really can't complain and I don't see myself changing from samsung AT ALL!! FROM ALL THE SAMSUNG DEVICES I HAVE, THEY'RE ALL TOP, NOTCH ALL DO WONDERFUL THINGS. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll tell you what the brightness contrast and interface security and sound is the most certainly best out of it all the audio is what really is the big kicker it is loud it has enough base to make your day the interface is easy to use you all the apps and things that you need is right there such as YouTube to whatever super bright so have contrast which is the best part you are able to change the contrast compared to Vizio TCL and Google smart TVs that just puts them all to shame the security is where the best part is yeah your Samsung account is synchronized with the TV or any other product of Samsung ive neverhacked yet off the TV so I guess it's a good thing mainly the screen is what puts every single other TV company to shame

Tried to set up TV for over 5 HOURS ! Tooked 1 1/2 hours to get my Amazon Prime on. Never was able to download my Spectrem Video on this TV. Worked with the Spectrem Technician and also the Samsung technician. For over 3 hours never could download the Spectrem service! Ended up returning Samsung TV! And purchased a LG. Which was much easier to download my video apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it wasn't as expensive for the fhd being a samsung and that the picture clarity is still amaze and my son and daughter are no longer complaining about how their games and like that they got a much richer and smoother picture and a smart TV plus my stepson who uses a different game system can literally log on his Xbox via the TV and that his save downloaded games are there built in!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tizen system needs some twinkle with the voice assistant plus the stand alone apps has a slow response. The color balance is on point and hopefully this Samsung TV lasts longer than the other Samsung TVS went out once the warranty ran out

With several people using the same TV and having different visual likes and needs the easier to change the better. Once we familiarized the steps it was very simple. Each user could enjoy their show and the next adjust once more to their preferences.

If I have to point out the negatives, the onboard speaker is not to good. It would be nice if it projected more of a stereo sound. Also, the remote needs illumination. I would still buy again. Thanks
