The screen is too busy, it has too many channels on the screen and they are on the small side. I like my daughter's TCL and her Hisense. They are more simpler to work and I find the remote complicated. Also for some reason it takes longer to connect than the other TVs in the house. The set up initial was on the complicated side.

Our TV is a beautiful addition to our living room. Ever since we received this product our lives have been solely focused on vegging on the couch eating snacks and exploring every channel and every addition this product has to offer. The contrast provides marvelous shadows and the depth of field provided within each frame is marvelous. The picture is Devine it provides a sense of reality while watching as if we are in the show itself sitting right next to the actors. There has been no sign of decline in the sound or picture and we have spent already 18 hours a day admiring our product. The treble and bass are on point and the transition is flawless. The user interface is very simple that my elderly mother can use this proficiently and has not even hinted at the need for help like she has in the past. My child can find his shows with ease and I have never been more comfortable with leaving him alone with the remote. The brightness is amazing it is not too bright and it never needs to be adjusted due to the brightness detector. The timer to turn off the TV when needed is a huge blessing when we fall asleep watching this. It is also amazing to see the necessity of a password in order to provide a sense of security incase we have guest viewing this product and the curiosity brings them to where we can purchase stuff they cannot just get our information.

I bought it right then I brought it home. It's the best colored TV and smart TV I've ever had. I would never go back to another TV brand other than Samsung.

This TV seems great, however I only used it 5 days as I was traveling home. The quality of the images were clear and the color was spot on! This was bought for a bedroom. I purchased this Samsung TV because of the positive reputation that the company has. I expect to get many years from this TV.

I purchased them in South Korea, and they survived moves to Germany, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Delaware. They were replaced when my ex kept them in the divorce. Samsung products are very dependable, and I will purchase nothing else.

This tv is fine in most respects—it's not our primary television, just one for the bedroom. But the apps load SO slowly. It's sluggish and behind so you have to get used to being patient lest you think the button didn't take and you hit it again, sending you to someplace you don't want. This feels like a small thing, but it's a regular annoyance. I wouldn't buy it again.
