[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't expecting this mattress to be as pretty as it was when it arrived. I was blown away and am so thrilled that I can have a firm mattress to help my back. This mattress is great quality! I have had great sleep since switching!

We had a nectar mattress for the past 10 years, it was nice but wanted to support of an inner structure with the comfort of a memory foam. This was the best of both worlds getting the Serta hybrid. The Med firm with pillow top is perfect. I get great sleep, I am a side sleeper, wife is a back sleeper. Both are extremely comfortable.

It was time for a new mattress, so we tried a hybrid, but found it not comfy enough for side sleepers. So after a bit more research, we decided to go with a Serta Perfect Sleeper, since we had previously purchased a full size 10+ years ago and it's still comfortable! This queen size of the same make is very comfortable. Thankful for a good night's rest again, and no sore shoulders!

After three nights, my wife and I both are adjusting to the feel and comfort offered by this mattress. We switched from a “foam “ type mattress to this inner spring type and are glad we did. Hopefully it will maintain its shape and firmness longer than our previous mattress.

I love that it's not to soft or hard it's just right. It is firm enough to keep me from rolling yet soft enough to let me sink in. It is a game changer with sleeping.

My husband and I have been sleeping on it for about a week. We both have been sleeping better than we have in a long while. The medium firmness is not too hard, but not too soft either. The pillowtop adds extra comfort. Love, Love, Love!!!

I had been reading online to try to choose the best fit for me and its said that medium would be best for me since I'm overweight and a side sleeper but my husband is a back sleeper and also overweight. To my surprise when the mattress arrive, it was a lot firmer than I thought it would be. Like a lot firmer. The first night trying to sleep on the new mattress was hard, I tossed and turn all night. The second night was better but not by much. I looked online and read that it can take up to 1 month to break the bed in and for it to be more comfortable. It has been almost 3 weeks since I received the new mattress and I still think it's firm. This is not at all what I thought medium would be like. I sleep through the night now but I still waking up with some back pain because I don't think the mattress is supportive enough for me as a side sleeper. My husband said that he like the new mattress and that he has slept much better. Overall, I thought the mattress would be softer since it's a medium but I guess I will just have to get used to this mattress. Maybe if I'm really lucky, the mattress will break in even more and be more comfortable for me.

I'm enjoying this mattress so far. The first week was rough to fall asleep simply because with each twitch, I was basking in just how good it feels. I don't know if the top should develop a sinking indentation (close up pic) but it isn't bothersome yet but it is in fact noticeable laying on it. I never owned a mattress in this price range know if this is normal or not. I will definitely keep my eye on it & the calendar as I'm still in the trial period. The registration with the QR code was a pleasure, sure was easy and I took a screenshot of the confirmation just for added measure. Hopefully someone from Serta will read this and reach out to me about the developing indentation.

I've found that medium firm is perfect for me, as it offers sturdy support, but is still very comfortable with the added pillow top. My partner prefers a firmer bed and I prefer a softer bed, and this mattress has been a perfect compromise for us. My partner suffers from back pain and has found this mattress to be very comfortable and supportive. On an aesthetic note, the dark cobalt shade is very pretty and the top of the mattress has a beautiful design. This is my first time trying a Serta mattress, and I cannot recommend it enough!
