I'm enjoying this mattress so far. The first week was rough to fall asleep simply because with each twitch, I was basking in just how good it feels. I don't know if the top should develop a sinking indentation (close up pic) but it isn't bothersome yet but it is in fact noticeable laying on it. I never owned a mattress in this price range know if this is normal or not. I will definitely keep my eye on it & the calendar as I'm still in the trial period. The registration with the QR code was a pleasure, sure was easy and I took a screenshot of the confirmation just for added measure. Hopefully someone from Serta will read this and reach out to me about the developing indentation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with the Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress. It is medium firm with a pillow top. I've found that medium firm is perfect for me, as it offers sturdy support, but is still very comfortable with the added pillow top. My partner prefers a firmer bed and I prefer a softer bed, and this mattress has been a perfect compromise for us. My partner suffers from back pain and has found this mattress to be very comfortable and supportive. On an aesthetic note, the dark cobalt shade is very pretty and the top of the mattress has a beautiful design. This is my first time trying a Serta mattress, and I cannot recommend it enough!

After three nights, my wife and I both are adjusting to the feel and comfort offered by this mattress. We switched from a “foam “ type mattress to this inner spring type and are glad we did. Hopefully it will maintain its shape and firmness longer than our previous mattress.

It was time for a new mattress, so we tried a hybrid, but found it not comfy enough for side sleepers. So after a bit more research, we decided to go with a Serta Perfect Sleeper, since we had previously purchased a full size 10+ years ago and it's still comfortable! This queen size of the same make is very comfortable. Thankful for a good night's rest again, and no sore shoulders!

When this mattress came I was so excited because I didn't have to wait for it to fluff up like most mattresses. It was already open and packaged. When we laid on this mattress i immediately noticed the difference and WOW! I instantly knew my current mattress was too soft. We literally threw it out. This mattress is not only gorgeous, but it's fine when laying down, but the pillow top is soft. Instant relief. It fit perfectly into our bedset and our sheets worked too. When it's hot this mattress stays cool and when it's too cold I notice we're still warm. This is the best thing ever created for the bed. Love love love!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the SERTA PERFECT SLEEPER Cobalt Calm 14.5" FIRM PT a few weeks ago. I was a little concerned that it might be too firm but I can't sleep well on softer mattresses so I wanted to give it a try. Let me just say, I haven't slept better and I can't wait to crawl back in bed! It's firm but not hard. I have bad hips and this has even helped my hips to not feel sore in the morning after sleeping on my side all night. It stay cool throughout the whole night. That's big for me because I'ma very hot sleeper. I also love the fact it's anti microbial, so it will start feeling and smelling fresh longer than a typical mattress. Well done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress was even more than I expected on the overall. It's nice and thick at 14.5" which is actually really tall. It has a topper so to speak that's a little softer than the rest of the mattress so it's not super stiff. It did take a little time to get used to the firmness, but once broken in some it was so very comfortable. I've slept great on this and am loving the firmness.

I am a side sleeper and my body feels well supported, the memory foam allows my whole body to be supported. The middle of the mattress does not sag.
