I like the fact you can get a good cold brew to over ice. I was needing a new coffee maker and I am so glad that I received this one. Ninja products are absolutely the best! I am in love!

I love the ritual of coffee just as much as drinking it, but some mornings I'm in a hurry and can't do pour over or French press. I want the coffee ready by the time my alarm goes off. There's different brew options on this machine- classic drip, rich, over ice, etc. The classic tastes under extracted, the rich tastes over extracted- over ice tastes like water. It's very disappointing. I gave it a couple of stars simply because it's easy to setup. Setting a delayed brew is very straightforward and can be done quickly. It's also a nice looking machine.

It seems to be reliable and made of high quality materials. It functions extremely well; it is easy to use and efficient. The manual is precise and accurate! It includes detailed maintenance, usage and cleaning instructions. I personally have tested the “over ice” function and the traditional drip coffee function which both work as intended! I especially appreciate that you can use both ground beans and pods with this machine! That is so convenient and versatile! This machine came with several parts and attachments that are so handy and increase the possibilities of usage. The machine is sturdy but not super heavy. None of the attachments are hard to figure out and place on the machine. Everything was packaging neatly and safely! Everything exceeds any and all expectations I could possibly have for a coffee machine and I am exceedingly impressed!

There are a lot of parts to this machine so there's a slight bit of a learning curve, but the fact that it has so many options is really nice. I generally stick to using pods and haven't had any issues so far. I will note that this machine is quite large and bulky, so it should be noted that if you have a small kitchen, it may take up more space than you'd like. However, it does look pretty nice!

My teenagers have quickly embraced the machine and have been using it for all of their various coffee needs. I absolutely love that it can be used for either single servings of hot or cold beverages or you can use it to brew an entire pot, which is wonderful for entertaining. It was extremely easy to get everything set up and all of the important parts come apart easily, which makes cleaning so much simpler than most coffee machines. It has a nice design overall and does not take up too much counter space. Such a great product.

I unpacked and found the instructions straight forward I was only confused by where the clog adapter went but figured it out .thats a nifty added feature to clean machine ground coffee clogs in future it has a lot of nice features spacious water tank , clear brewing instructions , nice warm features .I will say it brews a Darn good cup of coffee.
