[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how versatile this coffee machine is. With the Ninja Dualbrew you have options. You can use coffee ground or coffee pods, whatever you prefer. You can make one small bold cup of hot coffee, an iced coffee, a cup of cold brew, or a whole carafe of hot coffee. Experimenting with the different methods of brew and size options has been fun. When my husband is working from home he prefers to use the caraf, making either half a pot (30 oz) or a whole pot of coffee (60 oz). I prefer making one cup at a time, each one a different size, and/or different intensity. This machine does take it's time while brewing but it's worth the wait. We love it so much that we skip going to cafes because we can make our own drinks with the Ninja Dualbrew.

WAY too many grounds make it past the filter and basket into the carafe. Assembled according to manual. Fit, form and function all look normal. Must be some sort of manufacturing flaw. Just our luck! Our 3rd ninja in about 10 years. 1st with dual brew. Photo below shows top of carafe. Note large amounts of grounds around the screw on lid. I've already washed off the lid before pouring the first cup. Grounds continue to fall. This one is going back. Will start our search for a replacement over.

I wanted to wait and use the Ninja Dual Brew for a few months to see how it was. I had a Keurig before this Ninja and used it for few years but then the coffee wasn't staying as hot when I first got it. I am totally impressed with the Ninja. It keeps coffee hot and doesn't have a burnt taste after a few hours of being on. It doens't take long for it to perk either if I forget to set the automatic timer on it. The coffee has a great taste. If I was going to buy another, it would be this one for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ninja DualBrew coffee maker has honestly been the perfect first coffee machine for me. It's super beginner friendly but still feels high end. I love that I can brew both coffee grounds and pods depending on my mood or how rushed my morning is. On busy workdays, I'll pop in a pod and it brews fast. On slower mornings, I love grabbing fresh coffee beans from my local grocery store, grinding them, and making the most crisp, fresh cup ever. I really appreciate the flexibility, 9 brew sizes for grounds and 4 for pods, plus the option to choose Classic, Rich, or Over Ice. The over-ice feature is a game changer for iced coffee because it actually tastes flavorful and not watered down. The warming plate keeping coffee hot for up to 4 hours is perfect when I'm working from home, and the large 60oz removable water reservoir means I'm not constantly refilling it. Little details like the foldable single-serve platform to prevent splashing and the Thermal Flavor Extraction Duo really make a difference in taste and ease of use. Overall, it's the best of both worlds: convenience when you need it and café quality coffee when you want it. I couldn't have picked a better coffee maker to start with ☕️

I love that it can do pods and grounds as well since pods can be expensive at times this gives me options. It blends so smooth. I love the adjustments it allows you to make. And the water gets hot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this Ninja coffee maker better than the famous name brand that takes pods. You can make a pot of coffee with ground coffee or use pods. My favorite part is that you can make cold brew or even iced coffee plus normal coffee. It's easy to learn how to use and has lots of great options. I recommend it!

The coffee is fine but every 5-6 cups of coffee the machine gets clogged and you need to run hot water through it to unclog. I'm a little annoyed that you need to spend time running a hot water cycle atleast once a week which i've never experienced with any other coffe machine. not really worth the price tag imo

I like the fact you can get a good cold brew to over ice. I was needing a new coffee maker and I am so glad that I received this one. Ninja products are absolutely the best! I am in love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was love at first sight and use for me! The ability to choose to make a single cup of coffee, or a few cups, all in one machine, oh yeah! After using this about a week, I was impressed with the quality, and the consistency of brewing the perfect cup or cups at a time. This is very easy to use, and switch from carafe to single use. Not to mention how good it looks in my kitchen.

We bought this 2 days ago and we're in love with this machine already. I've used Mr. Coffee for years and was tired of some aspects of making coffee with it. I'm so glad I switched brands.
