Normally I drive my car to Dunkin every day but since I got this, I've been using it regularly. You can set it to rich or regular and it's a noticeable difference. I have been using it with ground coffee but you can house pods as well (which is amazing). Overall it's straightforward and not difficult to figure out and - it makes great coffee and the rich setting makes it full bodied enough to withstand adding half n half. Highly recommend this coffee maker.

I love that you can use regular k pods. Huge win. Options from hot to cold coffee is great especially for summer days when you want something cold. One of my favorite features was the ounce indicator. I love how it shows you at what ounce it's brewing. Easy to clean and cleaning features easy to follow. I'm a fan of ground coffee especially when having many people over. Super easy to brew.

But if you only do one or the other, this might not be ideal for you. The booklet said this model is not compatible with reusable pods, but we did find reusable pods that work, so we're being kind to the environment that way. My main complaint is that it keeps dripping for a long time after you pull the carafe out.

Needing to swap out the plastic K cup holder to brew grounds vs K cups is a little cumbersome, but I love the smaller footprint of this vs. those side-by-side grounds/kcup brewers. Nicer that it's all one unit. Also this uses cone-style filters. Can be harder to find depending on where you shop, but ultimately I think they result in a more even brew.

It comes with removable parts both for grounds and pods, a storage area in the back and a measuring spoon that attaches to the side. Its extremely easy to assemble. The only thing that doesn't set to well for me is the clock but I don't leave my machine on during the day. The basket attachments make clean up non existent. The smell of fresh coffee hits instantly with this. Its also adjustable for both mugs and Stanleys. Overall another GREAT product by Ninja

It has many different types of coffee you can make (classic, cold brew, over ice etc). It was very easy to prepare I used a pod and it brewed it quick. It gave the coffee at a good temperature and not blazing hot. It has an interchangeable piece for ground coffee so I'm curious to try that and experiment making different types of coffee.
