[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great coffee machine! It took some time to learn the different brew options, but after that it was smooth sailing. This is the ideal machine for an office setting. I've since moved this to the school that I teach. We all have our favorites (pods/coffee/iced) and have the added flexibility for brewing a big pot for meetings. The materials are sturdy and I love the glass carafe!! The pod compatibility is a plus and the maintenance has been easy so far—keeping it cleanest too much of a hassle.

The coffee is fine but every 5-6 cups of coffee the machine gets clogged and you need to run hot water through it to unclog. I'm a little annoyed that you need to spend time running a hot water cycle atleast once a week which i've never experienced with any other coffe machine. not really worth the price tag imo

We bought this about a month ago and it is great. It keeps my coffee nice and hot. It is so easy to use . So far so good

Just got this 2 weeks ago and love it! Makes a nice cup of coffee and is easy to use. Haven't tried making iced yet but am looking forward to doing that in the summer.

Looks sleek, nice options, and I find the coffee stays hot for longer than with my old Keurig.
