I love the flexibility the DuelBrew allows. I typically buy fresh whole beans. So I have been using grounds to brew coffee with coffee filters. Eventually, I will upgrade to the reusable coffee filter. Additionally, we frequently have guests who like flavored or lighter coffee. Having the option to use pods with the same machine is awesome. I will keep pods just for guests! The machine easily converts between a standard coffee machine or a pods coffee machine. And, the attachments store themselves on the back of the machine. Everything has been well thought out. I have made several different sized coffee pots. From a single cup to a whole pot, the DuelBrew is so flexible. Each size is brewed robust and flavorful. I like being able to adjust the brew with the Classic or Rich options in addition to changing the amount of coffee used. The interface is easy to use and very straightforward. And, there are so many options to explore, including iced coffee. The machine is well-made. The buttons are very tactile and the machine is sturdy. It was very easy to unbox, set up, and use. I ran a cleaning cycle before brewing the first time. I highly recommend the Ninja DuelBrew Coffee Maker. It will work in any home! It can make specialty pods, single cups, or whole pots.

Switching from kcups to grounds is as simple as switching out one or two pieces on top. The tank for the water is easy to remove and clean. It comes with a scoop on the size that shows you how much grounds you'll need for each size of coffee. I enjoy how simple it is but how much it can do.

We liked brewed pot coffee in our house but occasionally in the afternoon, mom needs a pick me up and just wants one more cup. This machine makes anything from 1 cup to a full carafe really quick. Like super quick. Love that it can take a K-cup or you can brew the 1 cup via grounds. The storage on the side and back for the accessories is amazing. If you give me all these pieces, give me somewhere to put them. Digital display takes a bit of getting used to but once you try all the settings, you really can configure your perfect cup. Only critiques and this is nitpicking... it's tall, I would love the water tank to be glass, and there's a plastic piece that sits within the carafe to prevent splashing when brewing that I removed as I don't want it marinating in my brewed coffee. Otherwise perfecto!

It seems to be reliable and made of high quality materials. It functions extremely well; it is easy to use and efficient. The manual is precise and accurate! It includes detailed maintenance, usage and cleaning instructions. I personally have tested the “over ice” function and the traditional drip coffee function which both work as intended! I especially appreciate that you can use both ground beans and pods with this machine! That is so convenient and versatile! This machine came with several parts and attachments that are so handy and increase the possibilities of usage. The machine is sturdy but not super heavy. None of the attachments are hard to figure out and place on the machine. Everything was packaging neatly and safely! Everything exceeds any and all expectations I could possibly have for a coffee machine and I am exceedingly impressed!

It gives you the option to brew anywhere from 2 ounces to a whole pot of coffee, providing you flexibility based on your unique needs! You can use coffee grounds or pods which is great because you get to choose what you'd like to use versus being forced into using one type like other coffee makers tend to do. You can brew hot coffee, rich coffee, over ice or even cold brew! The machine is much quieter compared to other single serve coffee makers on the market and it was easy to setup and use daily. Maintenance wise, it's very easy to keep clean thanks to the cleaning feature it offers. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for maximum flexibility in their coffee making and for something that doesn't take up a whole lot of space.
