It's the right kind of firmness and softness at the same time that you would love it was the best night sleep I've had in a long time.

It's probably one of the most comfortable mattresses that I've ever slept on. The 12 inch thickness is perfect for what I was needing. I wake up and feel more rested than I had previously. I will definitely recommend this mattress to my friends and family.

I really dislike changing mattresses because you never know it will work out, until you try it. I have to say I have not felt any back pain or neck pain with transitioning to this Serta mattress!

I need a little more support for my back...but I don't want to sacrifice comfort. This Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress it great. Guess who suffers at night from poor sleep do to having a firm mattress? Me. So thankful to have gotten this medium firm mattress because it's the best of both worlds. I get a softer mattress and my husband approves too! This mattress is one of the best I've owned. I have had super expensive mattresses that are over 5k and I hated it. This dazzle mattress tops it any day!!! I love that my body conforms to the bed. It's like a gel material feeling. I have no complaints. My body aches are no more. I am going to assume that this mattress has had several bodies on it prior to me receiving it. fortunately, I have only been using the mattress a few days (it was delivered 4/17/23) and it is very comfy! so, I can only assume maybe it was lightly used while in the store? I prefer a firm mattress, and this one is just the right firmness. I know that with time they will soften, but I don't see this mattress getting TOO soft. so far I am pleased with this item and would recommend!
