[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mattresses, everything about it! I got the queen size, 12 inch medium/firm. Beautiful bed. This bed is very comfortable. It's a cooling mattress so don't get too hot while sleeping. Love that it's a memory foam mattress. Adding a picture of when it arrived so you can see the color of the mattress as it's not traditional white. Highly recommend checking out a serta mattress!

It's the right kind of firmness and softness at the same time that you would love it was the best night sleep I've had in a long time.

1/8/2024 At Bordona's I bought the medium 12" Perfect Sleeper"Dazzling Night" hybrid. Waited 2wks deliver. My first night in a rainstorm, I laid down at 7:30pm to the t.v. & woke at 8am. Dark rainy day, It was still dark. I felt great for sleeping on my back, a big No! The next few nights I don't remember sleepiness & woke refreshed w no backache. ( For 3+ yrs I would wakeup every 2 hrs on a new worsening sag in the center of my bed. I had nerve attacks & sciatica at nite & 2 days w/o steep was normal. This matress is a lifesaver at 65yrs, losing sleep is a health issue! Thank you Serta for a great matress! ( Now if I can figure out why my 2 yr old New never used Serta Motion Slim base doesn't work,( tried changing batteries) then I would be totally happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is for my mother who hasn't had a new mattress in over 20 years. She's been having a hard time sleeping and getting comfortable the past 6 months or so. This mattress is the perfect firmness. We ordered a medium firmness and we got a medium firmness No debating that! We both loved the mattress itself was dark in color. This will be great for all those small little naggy stains that end up showing up on mattresses. I had a decent wait to it so it took three of us to get it in the house. Once on the bed we quickly all gave it a try and everyone agreed that it was comfy. The true test was the report my mother gave me their next day. She told me that she has not slept so well in years! What a relief for my sweet mother to finally be able to have a good night's sleep. She says that the firmness is spot on not too soft but not too firm. It doesn't sag or feel bumpy in any way. I think I may have to get one for myself now!

It is SO incredibly comfortable, firm with a little give, so you don't feel like you're sleeping on concrete. Seriously it allows me to sleep the best I have in ages! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the absolutely horrendous chemical-like smell of the new mattress as soon as I took the plastic off. I had to leave the window open and the fan on in the bedroom for 6 days so it could air out before I could even try it out. The smell is so overwhelming it triggered my asthma. It is much better now than it was upon arrival but still quite noticeable. All-in-all I am very pleased.

I would wake up in the night to reposition, but I would still wake up in the morning with aches and pains. This mattress has helped improve my nights sleep. It is firm in all the right places. I was finally able to get a decent nights sleep after one year of sleeping on my previous mattress. The coil support system inside of the mattress is very nice as well because you can feel the support all over your body. Thank you Serta! I am so happy that this mattress exists.
