[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had many Serta mattresses over the years and this one, like those, has not disappointed us. Serta continually makes an excellent mattress which lasts a long time. This one is comfortable for us; not too soft and not too firm.

We went to the local dealer for a replacement and we're talked out of a pillow top. Sales clerk suggested this one because over time the pillow top seems tiger moved around. We are waking up with backaches so we will be trying to get this swapped out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so, so happy I have this mattress. This thing is AMAZINGLY comfortable. Of course, mattress firmness is a personal preference so I can't say it'll work for everyone but this mattress is the perfect blend of firm and plush with the added benefit of cooling. It's not your typical mattress - the top layer is cooling and plush and my body feels supported all over as I sleep. It is so thick that I was afraid my regular bed sheets might not fit but that wasn't a problem at all, thankfully. You get what you pay for and this mattress is worth it's weight in gold! I would have given it more stars if I could.

It really helps that it has the pillow top to give the bed a little more cushion and softness. It's great because neither of us sink to the middle of the bed. I've always had Serta mattresses and they hold up very very well. I am looking forward to the many years to come with my new mattress!

It has the perfect firmness and with the pillowtop and it doesn't make it too fluffy or too soft. The mattress itself is well built the material is strong and sturdy making this mattress a great quality product. I highly recommend this to anyone with back issues or to those that like a firm mattress.

The mattress was comfy for about a month or two, then it seemed to quickly have sagging areas along the side (sitting on side of bed) and in the middle. We sought a new mattress due to pressure points experienced with out Temperpedic mattress. We were assured that that would not be an issue with this new Serta mattress. Well. I am now regretting that decision.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this bed and was so excited to start using it. I have pain in my lower back and this mattress is magic! It's super thick and comfortable. I enjoy that when my significant other gets up, it doesn't wake me up. Great quality.

We had a nectar mattress for the past 10 years, it was nice but wanted to support of an inner structure with the comfort of a memory foam. This was the best of both worlds getting the Serta hybrid. The Med firm with pillow top is perfect. I get great sleep, I am a side sleeper, wife is a back sleeper. Both are extremely comfortable.

It's very thick and rigid that it feels you are sleeping on the clouds or being carried. I have never felt this comfortable sleeping.
