It was way too firm the first night and I thought they had brought the wrong one… but you must wait a few nights for the pillow to wake up and learn you… I'm very pleased with this new mattress!!

This mattress is perfect for my chronic joint pain. It's just firm enough to be supportive and soft enough that it doesn't feel like I'm sleeping on an immovable plank.

The initial quality of the product is quite evident. Have purchased SERTAS for over 30+ years and have never been dissatisfied. I hope SERTA continues to impress!

It probably needs more time to break in, but the mattress feels significantly more firm that the one we tried on display. I understand there is a break in period, but I am needing to put a mattress topper on just to be able to sleep on this. I reverted back to my old bed for a short time to recover from the first 10 days. Going to try again soon. I've also been walking on it and having my kids jump on it to try to soften it up. In the store, my body sunk into it really well. At home, it's more stiff, and I can't get comfortable.

Softer than I expected based upon the in-store model. Was expecting a little bit firmer of an experience which disappointed me. The store had this and extra-firm. If they'd had the regular firm, I probably would've gotten t hat.

I ordered a firm mattress and it feels more plush, and now less than a year after purchase, it lost all support around the edges, when I'm on the bed I can feel some of the innersprings, mattress definitely showing some indentation in certain areas. Feels like cheap materials, was good and supporting for the first 3 months and it's all downhill since. Disappointed and frustrated, never buying a Serta mattress ever again.

My new Serta Perfect Sleeper is already showing signs of body depression in the center of my mattress. I've only had it about 6 weeks and already my back is hurting again. Rotating it has not helped. My back and I am not impressed with this mattress.
