I did D2D and the ninebot made everything way easier. Super smooth ride, lasts FOREVER. I did 9 hour days on this thing and it would last 2 days on a single charge. Super fun to ride especially with the Bluetooth speaker and lights

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within 3 weeks of owning it I accidentally bumped into a wall but not very aggressively and the shaft clamp on the inside was broken upon opening up the Segway S2 I contacted Segway they told me it was out of warranty and then the parts weren't even in stock for me to fix it. I went back and forth with about five phone calls. If I wasn't able to buy parts to fix this I would have never gotten it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great I purchased for my granddaughter and she loves it. This is the second one purchased one was purchased about three years ago for my older granddaughter and I see a lot of improvements.

This thing could be great, if it wasn't for how it rides when it's on low battery. The stupid noises it makes when it's on low battery And now how difficult you make it to reattach the tires and fill them up on this thing. Not an easy experience for the customer who's using this thing for work at all. Understand that there is a whole industry of d2d sales people out there that uses your product and it is extremely frustrating too try and do anything on this thing without it somehow breaking or messing up. I've never seen a product have more malfunctions than this thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great product with years of experience behind the technology that will spawn more products down the road. 8 bought the 9 Bot for my girlfriend, unfortunately, she was not willing to try it. She acts her age and I do not!!! The company has been moderately easy to return the item. I understand. They probably have a lot of people that don't give it a good shot. They want us practice a little bit more. That's my two cents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Segway and so far it's the smoothest running and was easy to set up. The highlight is the Bluetooth speaker so I can play my music. I also have better control over the device using the app. I'm a high school student and theft is a major concern but I can lock the device so no one has access to to it but me.
