[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my ZT3 for over a year now and have put over 2500 miles on it so far. The battery is still running strong. My typical riding speed is 16 mph and I end the rides after 20-22 miles and have 30% battery left. For commuting, I do 8. 5 miles at 25 mph with three very steep hills and arrive with 55% battery remaining. So, I'm sure I could get the full 18 miles of range in sport mode if I wanted. Having said that, I'd like to have a option for a larger battery, or auxiliary battery like the Max G3 does. I also really like the app customization. Being able to schedule charge times allows the scoot to cool down before charging. Setting the charge limit and max speed for each speed mode is quite nice. Things that could be improved are the suspension. It can be a bit stiff and jarring on the more bumpy trails. But if you keep your body loose, the bumps are much more manageable. It would be nice to have hydraulic suspension with dampening. Additionally, there is a knocking in the rear suspension due to space between the shock and frame that can take awhile to get used to. Luckily it only appears on the big bumps. If I could travel back in time, I'd still absolutely buy this scoot again. If Segway makes a ZT4 Pro with upgraded suspension and larger battery, I'd be all over that.

The only downside is it's off-road capabilities aren't as good as other offroad scooters but it's the perfect scooter under 1000.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Segway ZT3 Pro is an absolute beast. The suspension is fantastic and handles all bumps easily, and it has plenty of power to climb hills confidently. The battery life is great, making it perfect for daily commutes

Some suggestions for the next iteration - more range, bump speed to 30, maybe hydraulic brakes and suspension. Very comfortable on bumps but I seem to have to charge it quite often driving off road and there is no supplemental battery for this model

Great off road scooter with plenty of speed and acceleration. Looks good and the X light is eye catching. Just wish it had better range. Kind of a bummer. Because of the range issue I'll probably be buying a Gt3 Super Scooter soon so I can ride further without running out of juice. I'm not a rich guy but want more range and love the Segway brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the quality and electronic/app features. It is a bit heavy to carry around. The S Mode accelerates fast which does not feel comfortable. Should ease into top speed like the M Mode. Needs more foot space. Current foot space keeps the feet to close together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing scooter. Very smooth ride with the suspension it has. Definitely happy that I upgraded from the E2 Pro. Battery lasts over twice as long too. Also I like that it doesn't lose its speed going up hills like my old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's absolutely nothing to hate on this scooter. I love the suspension especially — it makes any bump on the road feel like nothing and makes riding very enjoyable. My only con would be that the suspension is more suited for light off-roading roading then full legit off-roading. In terms of power, it doesn't hold back at all. The torque is seriously impressive for a single-motor scooter, and the power delivery is smooth and efficient. But the best part has to be the mileage. Even in Sport mode you can ride for a long time without worrying about the battery dropping too low, which makes short commutes in Drive mode basically no issue at all. Overall if you want a scooter that's a total bang for the buck, this should be your go to. Highly recommended!
