The extra 50% battery life would be preferred and would be nice to pay extra for an upgrade on the battery.

Don't remove your hand from the handle bar while moving or you could end in the ER like I did with an arm that takes over 2 months to recover… or worse. Still, I'd buy it again and love using it. Just had to take 2 full months off and could have broken my arm. Road rash on both arms, hands, face, and bruising on my entire upper body after reaching up to adjust my helmet. It lasted over a month going '23', whatever that speed refers to, when I hit a bump. Still they are Great units

There are dirt roads and grass planes. 15 miles an hour speed on a dirt road is more than plenty enough for the price and the power. The scooter is excellent for me. I'm 75 years old. It's been a lot of fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's pretty awesome. I wish there were an extendable battery for my model, but I'm so happy with the results so far. I wish it went faster, but it's great for building confidence on roads and the scooter style itself before upgrading. The spring sale made it worthwhile. I would've kept using my bike if it had been full price, but I'd been eyeing this for almost a year now. It makes commuting to work fun (usually) and it's a robust scooter with the ability to take on off road conditions. 10/10 so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my ZT3 for over a year now and have put over 2500 miles on it so far. The battery is still running strong. My typical riding speed is 16 mph and I end the rides after 20-22 miles and have 30% battery left. For commuting, I do 8. 5 miles at 25 mph with three very steep hills and arrive with 55% battery remaining. So, I'm sure I could get the full 18 miles of range in sport mode if I wanted. Having said that, I'd like to have a option for a larger battery, or auxiliary battery like the Max G3 does. I also really like the app customization. Being able to schedule charge times allows the scoot to cool down before charging. Setting the charge limit and max speed for each speed mode is quite nice. Things that could be improved are the suspension. It can be a bit stiff and jarring on the more bumpy trails. But if you keep your body loose, the bumps are much more manageable. It would be nice to have hydraulic suspension with dampening. Additionally, there is a knocking in the rear suspension due to space between the shock and frame that can take awhile to get used to. Luckily it only appears on the big bumps. If I could travel back in time, I'd still absolutely buy this scoot again. If Segway makes a ZT4 Pro with upgraded suspension and larger battery, I'd be all over that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great scooter, I had the max 630lp and moved to the ZT3 was a great. Speed, suspension, lights, range, quality it's great. The breaking system it's awesome too and less noisy that my previous scooter. The only bad point is that it's too heavy and I use it to commute and carrying it it's more difficult.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had this for two weeks now. The ride is fast and smooth. Great tech. Awesome build and looks. Only two small drawbacks. One is the range. I like to travel fast so I only got 20 miles before it ran out so keep an eye on that battery bar if you do so. The other is this scooter is heavy ( 65 lbs ) I like to put my scooter in the car back seat and travel. I can lift it but some people may not. Not an issue if you dont need to carry it. Great deal too!
