Very good hydration drink. The best I have used ever. Ever since I started drinkin this products my search end about a good hydration drink and now I am fully satisfied Thanks to Liquid IV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband works outside, all day long, and this product has been a lifesaver for him! Plain water is not his thing, so this really keeps him drinking and hydrated.

I drink daily for the electrolytes, and also find that it's higher in electrolytes when compared to other electrolyte replacements I've tried. I noticed a huge difference in how I feel during long runs and recovery using this product. It's a needed addition to my athlete training routine. Match made in heaven.

This is the best flavor of all the line up. Sometimes I add my fiber supplement to it and sometimes I have it by itself after a workout when I feel like I need a hydration boost. Subscribe and save seems to work well. Some retailers can't get the timing right but liquid IV does a good job with reminders and flexibility to set the right schedule for me.

IV satisfaction of maintaining a hydration of which is important to me. I have heart problems and I was introduced to IV by a heart patient. I have used this product for the last five years of which in a few weeks I will be 85. Keep up the good work…. ❤️

After kidney stones, I needed to increase my water intake and not a fan of plain water. I have been drinking lemon/lime for 2-3 a day for 3 years now and have not had any kidney stone issues since and feel better. Flavor is my favorite!! Highly recommend.

this product is easy to use. I did find both the sugar-free and the regular to be too sweet so I'm using 32 ounces of water for each stick and that's much more palatable. It's too soon for me to tell whether it's helping me remain fully hydrated. I'm just starting to create a daily regimen… It's awfully difficult to drink as much water as we are supposed to each day; so far, using this product makes me more mindful of the volume of water I'm taking in. And I'm hoping that my body will be able to retain hydration because of the electrolytes I'm getting with this product. it's a work in progress.

Liquid I. V. Lemon Lime — tasty, but inconsistent • Taste: Bright lemon–lime and easy to drink. It's the only hydration additive I can stand. • Sweetness: Definitely sugary. I sometimes dilute it with extra water to cut the sweetness. • Effectiveness: Hit-or-miss. Some days I feel a clear boost (less drag, fewer cramps); other times it feels no better than plain water. Likely depends on how dehydrated I am, what I've eaten, and salt needs. • Convenience: Single sticks are grab-and-go, but pricier per serving than many alternatives. When I use it: Hot days, long sessions, travel—situations where I want something palatable enough to actually finish a bottle. Bottom line: I like it for the taste and keep it around, but it's not magic. Works well sometimes, less so others, and the sugar means it's an occasional tool—not my everyday habit.

This flavor is one of my favorites! I keep this one stocked at home and in my work bag as well, just in case. I'll take extras to share with either friends or clients. I ordered, along with 2 other flavors, to put in my clients holiday gift bags this year and they're loving it!
