I've had muscle pain in my leg for about a year, cramping, spasms quite painful. A week after starting Liquid I. V. I haven't felt any discomfort I'm able to get out of bed and go to the bathroom or anywhere without feeling pain and limping I am so grateful for that thank you so much

I am a full-time massage therapist, as well as someone who deals with a genetic medical condition which causes my muscles to have to work harder than most people do. So I'm someone who needs more electrolytes than most people and my liquid IV packets and bulk containers are what I use. I highly recommend this product.

Liquid I. V. Lemon Lime is one of my favorite flavors. It has a refreshing citrus taste without being overly sweet, and it mixes easily into water without leaving a weird aftertaste. I especially like taking it with me on busy days, when we're outside, hiking, or at race-day activities because it makes it much easier for me to stay on top of hydration. The individual packets are convenient to throw in a bag or purse, and Lemon Lime is a flavor I don't get tired of drinking. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and tasty way to add electrolytes to their water.

Use Liquid IV most every day. It's been especially effective when playing tennis on very hot mornings. While I have used other flavors, Lemon Lime continues to be my favorite!

Very handy, I order it for her and send it right to her door. This is her preferred flavor, the lemon lime. She lives 3 hours away, so it's nice to know she's enjoying this and staying hydrated.

We keep a vase full of these on our kitchen counter and I make two cups full each night, one for my husband and one for me. We work so hard as parents, and at our jobs. I don't hydrate well during the day. But once I settle in for the night when my kid is asleep, I down one of these while watching an episode of tv before being dumped into the next day, and it always makes me feel refreshed. Like I'm doing right by myself. It's a great product. And I'm picky, so I love that it tastes kinda like a salty sprite. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite electrolyte mix out of all the others I tried. The taste is better than any other product I've used, and I like the saltiness. Some of the others left me wanting additional salt after drinking. . . I also think the small amount of sugar helps with absorption because I feel less thirsty or dehydrated after a few sips. Finally, the shipping was incredibly fast.

This is a flavor that everyone in the household loves. The taste is pleasant and I appreciate that this is a no-caffeine option. The single serve packets are handy for travel (impossible to stay hydrated on a plane without ‘em!) and for daily use especially for active people in the summer heat.
