I really enjoy this LG refrigerator. My other refrigerator was 23 years old. I have so much more space and it's very easy to see where everything is. I would recommend this refrigerator.

This replace my 10 year old lg French door that died. I liked my old LG French door. After it died, I replace it with this unit. I in the store I noticed that the inside quality of shelves and drawers were not as upscale and as high quality of my previous unit, but until it was installed, I could not believe how cheap the quality of this unit actually is. I actually regret my purchase, I don't feel this one last even 10 years. Shelved, drawers and bins are cheap and flimsy, If you looking for quality and a look of quality. Look elsewhere, this is not it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part I am very happy with my LG counter depth refrigerator. We've had a couple of issues however with the icemaker getting jammed and we had to get a replacement cover for the air filter as it was the incorrect one for our model however it was replaced very quickly and with no problem and that was good.

Only have the fridge a couple days, this is left of a review and more of a question for the community or LG to respond. We have reverse osmosis, so I have no need for the water filter. In my search for a bypass filter, there is nothing mentioned in the manual, and the third party company that supports parts and accessories says the bypass filter they have does not fit this model. There has to be a solution for a bypass filter … I don't want to buy a new filter in 6 months but also do not want to leave that filter in indefinitely. Does anyone know of a solution here?

Who is the genius who design these shelves. My previous LG French door interior was true quality. Bad compressor after 10 years, needed to replace it. Got this and regret it, saw it in the store and realized it was different. Didn't realized until it was installed in my kitchen. Poor interior parts, cheap everything, shelves, drawers, no glide and slide features, and who design these hard to adjust shelves which are I assume suppose to snap together, just getting them out and putting them back is a nightmare and they are very flimsy. took me great time to try and snap them together to adjust for tall containers. Don't know if they will take much weight, looks a little unbalanced. LG has reduced it quality!!
